As owners, we care deeply about our home. We continue to enhance it even more for our guests! You will have everything you need after a day full of activities without even going to a spa! You will love the hot tub, new and spacious steam room, fabulous BBQ and of course, the beautiful home!
If you would like a private single family home to enjoy your Vail Vacation, then look no further! This home is well maintained and always kept clean. If you want to be near most activities yet have a private feeling, you will appreciate the location of this home. This home has furthered been improved with exterior stucco and new windows! This fabulous home is a place you will love to spend your vacation!
For those who enjoy a nice meal after a day of skiing, you will love the kitchen! It is fully stocked with dishware, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of room for family and friends to gather and laugh about your adventures on the ski slopes!
You will also enjoy the many areas that guests can relax or children can play. The living room has gorgeous views of the mountains, aspens and evergreen trees. It is also open to the dining area and kitchen. The main level also has a bathroom, washer/dryer and bedroom with a queen bed. The lower level has a family room with a large flat screen TV and makes a wonderful place to spend time. You can also walk outside from the family room and breathe in the fresh mountain air! Additionally, the lower level has a den that has an additional queen bed, bathroom, washer/dryer, ski closet for your gear and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed.
The upper level has a beautiful master suite with a king bed and views of nature. You will like the private bathroom. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, which is a great place for children!
This home has a beautiful large deck. The deck is nicely lighted to enjoy the huge Weber Stainless Steel Grill with the works! Anyone who loves to BBQ will be thrilled with this grill. Also, an 8 person hot tub is also on the deck.
Now, all the bathrooms are decorated with stunning Travertine, seamless showers and beautiful accents. It is all ready for a luxurious shower! If you are looking for relaxing and easing your sore muscles after a day on the slopes, you will also love the new 5 person steam shower! You will be surrounded by natural stone while sitting on the new teak benches enjoying the steam.
We also have added heated floors inside. You also have the convenience of a heated driveway that can easily accommodate 4 vehicles. It is all ready for your vacation in Vail!

We had a great stay and it was the perfect size for 3 families! The hot tub and views from deck were beautiful. The steam room was also an added bonus. Kitchen was fully stocked- air fryer, Waffle maker, keurig, frother. It had everything! Marc was very responsive and also willing to ship an item back to us that was left behind. We highly recommend this home for your Vail vacation!

We loved the property and had plenty of room for a family / friend vacation. Patio was perfect for BBQ, taking in views, and hitting the hot tub. Not far from Lionshead and Vail Villages via bus or just driving over. Marc the owner was super responsive and helpful.

Wonderful location for us to enjoy both Vail and BeaverCreek. The property was perfect for our family and a couple of friends too. Enjoyed the hot tub and steam shower, along with the spacious kitchen.
