Stayed here for a long weekend to ski vail. Close to lifts (short 5 minute walk), dining and shopping. Outdoor Hot tubs and pool nicely cared for and enjoyable. Parking garage easy to access. Ice rink just below resort. Would stay again!

We were extremely misled when booking with The Landmark. We booked a “platinum” room that showed a room that was extremely updated and more of a luxurious feel to it. We also called months before regarding the amount of actual beds that were in the room because we didn’t want to be spending that amount of money with someone having to sleep of an inch thick mattress on a pull out couch. The employee that we spoke to assured that we would have plenty of beds for us and we wouldn’t have to use the pull out. When we arrived to our room, we were extremely dissatisfied as soon as we stepped in. The room wasn’t updated like the pictures had shown and there were clearly not enough beds. Two grown adults shared a TWIN bottom bunk bed. The bunk beds were also so extremely loud when you made the slightest move. Which caused the three people to wake up all throughout the night for 5 nights in a row. When taking a closer look at things, the room was also dirty and there were several hairs all over all of the “clean” bedding. Obviously I know that it’s almost impossible to make it perfect, but it was far from it. We also ran into several other issues. Multiple outlets didn’t work, one of the showers barely drained so we stood in our filth while showering. And then one of the sinks barely drained as well. When we took up our concerns with the hotel staff, they wouldn’t do anything about it and said that we would have to take it up with Expedia. So we did, and they also did nothing about it.

We really liked this property. The only drawback is that we reserved a room on a higher floor looking out at the village but they gave us a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool? When I inquired, they told me they were booked solid so they couldn't give us the room we reserved originally. Seemed odd. Regardless, we still had a great time at The Landmark. We enjoyed the hot tubs, the dining options, it was great to be right next to the stores as well. Location is perfect. The unit we stayed in turned out to be very nice, just not what we had planned on but we would stay here again.

It’s absolutely perfect in every way. Location and service and amenities are top notch. How awesome is a private ski locker steps from the gondola as you exit the property AND discounts at the connected ski shop and rental place (Ski Base - Vail) To be honest, they could charge more. But glad they don’t. Nice to know there is a place that cares more (or as much) about people and their experience as they do money. I’ll be back.

Great location and good spaces. I traveled with my toddler and unfortunately, in one of the rooms, the heating system didn’t work the first night. This caused my one year old to catch a cold and, as a consequence, so did the rest of us. Second night they supposedly fixed the heating system, third night it broke down again. Then they “fixed it”, but now the thermostat didn’t work, so the room was over 85 Fahrenheit. I had to turn off the main switch so my kids could sleep the night. I am hoping today actually works, but it has definitely been a disappointment and it kind of ruined my ski vacation. At least I should get a reimbursement.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit with our two young kids and our parents. We really enjoyed the view, the location, the great deck furniture, and the heated pool and hot tubs. This was our parents’ first time coming with us to Vail and this property was so great it set the bar high for future stays.

Great location, ski lockers a plus, nice finishings, hot tub good. One small criticism - our unit had a VERY small bathroom. Toilet was wedged between the shower and wall and your elbow hit the toilet paper roll.

Arrived very late the first night. Discovered management put some one else in our condo. Imagine the shock to both parties at 3am. They had booked our condo and gave it to someone else. This is after we called day of arrival to inform them we would be late arriving and reconfirmed our reservation. What a joke!

The sauna inside the apartment was truly a waste I would prefer a washer dryer. The apartment was small and the sofa bed was uncomfortable for my teenage children.

The Landmark faculty seemed nice and the pictures of the room online were nice. What we got was a very dated, very small one bedroom condo on the ground floor which was very noisy because we had highway traffic on one side and parking lot, bus stop, garbage on the other. We could not sleep with windows open because it was way too noisy in both rooms, and there was no AC. The bathroom a d kitchen were very cramped. I was told we got this room because I booked through Expedia and not directly with the hotel! I will not be doing that again. Very disappointed! The pool was nice but needed more chairs for the size of the hotel. Location was good.

Property wasn’t ready for guest. Swimming pool out of services, you have to use swimming pool in other hotel what is totally uncomfortable. In the room was boxes for unit owner what I’m request to remove. That means no one care about guest who will stay in room. In one bathroom shower wasn’t work and on my request to fix no one come to do it. I’m disappointed how Hyatt run this place. That not first bed experience with property in vail what Hyatt take over. And of course they charge resort fee what wasn’t provided and not notified up front of reservation.
