Beautifull Alpine Home with Panoramic Views from Deck , Open Concept, Hot Tub

Great space for a group of friends a 5 minute drive from the ski lifts.

We had a large group of 14 friends in town for the weekend. We had plenty of parking and were able to take advantage of the hot tub. Kitchen is well equipped for what we needed, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. A little wear and tear on some of the bedding/furniture, but that didn’t matter to our group. We spent most of our days on the slopes, the Matterhorn bus station is about a 10 min walk away, and got us to and from the village. Would recommend this place to a friend!

13 friends from all over came together and stayed at the house to ski at Vail. It was great place for all us. A lot of room, reasonable price, and within miles to the Ski hill. I would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and found the property well maintained. It accommodated all our family and friends. The short drive to Vail was great as our main reason for staying here was skiing.

Lots of space for a large family. Response from property manager quick. Very close to Cascade and Vail making for easy skiing days with more skiing and less driving.

This large, multi level apartment is definitely big enough for a large group and is in a nice location. We didn't have enough towels, but they were quickly provided. The dryer also went out before we got there, and while a new one was ordered, we weren't able to use one during our stay. All things considered, the place was nice (but a bit dated) and served as a nice location for our family fun in Vail.

Everyone enjoyed being together. The hot tub was a big hit.

This was a great experience for a large group of girls. We had plenty of places to sleep and shower and a large area to socialize in. We highly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO.

Huge master suite! People were fighting over it! The property owner was very responsive to questions.

Me and 14 of my peers visited vail for the first time and im so glad I picked this home. It's just s 7 minute drive to the lifts. The process was easy and stress free. We felt comfortable. We went skiing, snowmobiling and watched the superbowl in this home. There were some minor issues but someone came and fixed them next morning. There were events happening every evening but we felt too cozy to go out. Thank you for making out vail visit unforgettable

As stated in a previous review, the place needs a lot of maintenance. I asked the property manager to look at the list of problems discussed and he said that the maintenance team would look into fixing things. Icemaker still broken, no turntable in the microwave, etc. The hot tub cover does not have an assisted lift mechanism, so removing it takes two strong people, then there is no place to really put the cover. Iron rail around the hot tub was not secured well. Control panel for hot tub placed on the far end of the tub, so impossible to get to without removing the whole cover. I guess the price reflects the quality, but was hoping at least general appliances would functioned properly.

The property is in need of quite a bit of maintenance, particularly kitchen and bath areas. Kitchen drawer pullouts came off tracks, refrigerator ice dispenser did not work (froze up with huge icecycle that reappeared after we defrosted), window sills beginning to rot which makes it difficult to open fully, window screens not in place, leak under master sink, master tub stopper not functioning, so soaking in tub not possible (and we need that after all the activities), some dining room chairs very rickety, fear of tipping over, some rooms appear to have soot stains on ceiling and walls. The house could use a coat of paint inside and out, particularly decks and balconies. General maintenance is definately needed. Supplies were not as expected. Basic salt and pepper were inadequate, as were other basic seasonings. There were no kitchen trash bags, no dishrags or sponges for cleaning surfaces or handwashing dishes, and no broom. But most importantly, there were no knives for food prep that would cut butter. Had to interrupt dinner prep for a run to the grocery store to buy a decent knife. Even the so called steak knives were useless. Also, the can opener would barely put a dent in the can, let alone open it. Because of that, once again the next night, had to run to the grocery store to buy a decent can opener. The potato peeler was excellent and had been recently purchased (I assume by previous tenant). These things matter. Check your inventory. The kitchen organization was helter skelter with no rhyme or reason as to where things were, but maybe that's just me. Why is there no TV in the main master suite? And it seems there should be some property orientation available. For example, when is trash day and what is the trash collection protocol? We heard if cans are on curb before or after the day of pick up there is a steep fine. Why is the garage door code not provided? This is very inconvenient when the door must be closed behind us during departure for the day. Now the good news. The hot tub was immaculate. Big thumbs up on that one. Lots of floor fans, which were desperately needed during our stay because of the heat wave. Still, a/c would have been nice. Plenty of clean bath towels, blankets, and pillows. The floor plan is very good for a large group. Plenty of seating in both living room and dining areas. The rooms are generally attractive. Rafi was our contact, and he was responsive and helpful. Booking easy.

This house was in the perfect location for the wedding we attended. Close to everything, plenty of space for our group of 13, and Rafi was so quick to reply with any questions or changes we had. Highly recommend!

The house layout was great with separate areas to break upthe group. Location was good but need to drive everywhere. The hot tub stopped working on two different occasions and the downstairs air was difficult to find consistency.

The house is exactly as it appears on the listing and has a great hot tub, living room, and room accommodations. You are not within walking distance to the bus stop though.

The house is huge nut still cozy. The view is great and it is in a great location.

Close to parking - easy to get to BC or Vail. Very clean. Responsive host!

The great room was warm and cozy, the 10 of us spent most of our time there! Hot tub gets a 100% from everyone. Location perfect for both Vail Village and Lionshead .

We went for a ski family holiday vacation and had a fantastic experience. The house was great and the location as well. Definitely recommended.

We were 11 single adults staying in the house for an cycling event. The house is located in a beautiful location just outside Vail main area. Arrival process was very efficient. Although the house is great, it looks a bit better on the photos. Despite the fact that it had been informed that we would be 11 adults in the house, there were not enough essentials (knives, forks, blankets, towels and pillows) for all of us on arrival. With that said, the landlord was extremely fast on following up when requested - it took him less than 1 hour to bring brand new pillows and blankets from the time he was 1st contacted. Based on the quality of the house and customer service provided, I would highly recommend staying in this property.

Most of what is wrong with the property can be easily repaired or replaced . I understand there is a new owner so hopefully he will address the issues. I also want to say that the maintenance person was very responsive. I'm giving this feedback knowing that unless the owner is aware of the problems, they cannot be fixed. The owner lives in Alabama. Here are some of the issues: 1) Multiple windows would not open (with no A/C, this is an issue) 2) Multiple screens were missing from the windows that opened 3) Multiple rods were missing from the wood blinds on the windows, and strings that open the blinds were in some cases nonfunctional 4) The queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, next to the bunk room has a mattress with springs that are broken down, The person sleeping on one side sinks to the bottom of the mattress 5) Multiple lights were burned out in the ceilings and lamps. 6) 2 of the 3 fans did not work. The maintenance man replaced them 7) The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work. The maintenance man brought over ice. 8) the filtered water dispenser in the refrigerator does not work 9) The bedroom door in the downstairs bedroom has a button on the knob that locks the door. When the door opens, it hits the wall and locks the door. Without knowing this, then closing the door to leave, the person is locked out of the room. I had to crawl through the window that was luckily left open (with no screen) to get into the room where my 90 year old parents were staying. I believe several doors have this problem. 8)The Master Bedroom on the 3rd floor has a shower head that is improperly installed. The hot water and the cold water are reversed, with he red indicator being the cold water and the blue indicator being the hot water. For a while we thought we had no hot water. Also the shower head there spews water over the top of the shower door, spraying water onto the floor. 10) The furniture and pillows are worn and shabby. 11) The linens are worn and shabby. There were no wash cloths but the maintenance man brought some over. 12) there is no turntable in the microwave 13) The toilet in the upstairs master bath is unreliable, working properly sometimes, sometimes not 14) Upon arrival the code for the door did not work. I had to call the owner to resolve it over the phone.

This house had everything we could’ve wanted, and was spin such a good location for both Vail and Beaver Creek. Check in was seamless, and he house was perfect for our group.

This house was perfect for our family ski trip to Vail! It was only a couple minutes from the mountain and felt just like home. The house was spacious enough for the family and the openness was great for our big group. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wedding in Vail. Family stayed together here and had a good time. we had some concerns initially that were promptly responded to and remedied to our complete satisfaction. It was a good tome together. The house was quite nice and adequate

The house was very nice and we enjoyed staying there. Good location in west vail. One thing to note is the driveway is a very difficult place to turn around if you have a full sized vehicle. I would recommend backing down the driveway if you have a larger vehicle.

Everything was clean and in great order. The location was exactly where we were wanting to stay. Would recommend to others.

Great place. Lots of room. Accommodates 12 childhood friends on our 18th annual ski trip. Rafi was great at communicating! Clean and spacious place. Convenient to Vail and Beaver Creek. Access road to Vail. Worked out perfectly. Thanks Rafi!

This place is thoughtfully laid out for mixture of families and kids/adults mix w 2 dining tables and 2 family rooms w big TVs. Great location, close to vail, Safeway etc. well stocked kitchen. very responsive owner.
