Obiekt jest duży, dobrze wyposażony w cichej okolicy.
Obiekt połozony blisko plaży, sklepów. Okolica jest cicha i nie słuchać gwaru z głównego deptaka. Mieszkanie jest duże i wyposażone w podstawowe sprzęty, brak jest jedynie czajnika.
Mieszkanie ma stare umeblowanie. Odświeżenie bardzo dużo by dało. Problemem była pralka, która była dla nas bardzo ważna ze względu, że podróżowaliśmy z małymi dziećmi, zapach zgnilizny (ktoś zamknął pralkę przed naszym przyjazdem), bardzo trudno było usunąć. Po kilku pranich udało się go pozbyć.

Ottima posizione, possibilità di parcheggio all’interno della struttura. Vicinanza al mare, comodo con tutti i servizi. Struttura grande e ottima gestione del check in/out. Disponibilità del personale.

Rabbrividiamo
Posizione comoda a due passi dal centro e dal mare.
Appartamento decadente con arredamento di almeno 50 anni fa, ecco perché non ci sono foto degli interni. La cosa che lascia perplessi è che sembra non ci sia il minimo interesse a renderlo piu accogliente, nemmeno la piu piccola attenzione tipo un set da bagno o sapone e pezze per la cucina. Lenzuola e asciugamani da pagare a parte (lo trovo assurdo), a stento viene fornito un rotolo di carta Igienica per 4 persone. La cosa peggiore è il bagno, spazi angusti, lavatrice arrugginita, mobile specchio rovinato, tubo di scarico del condizionatore che finisce nella doccia, porta doccia che non si mantiene chiusa. Acqua calda sanitaria assente, c'è un antiquato scaldabagno che abbiamo trovato staccato, quindi dopo il lungo viaggio nemmeno la doccia ci siamo potuti fare. Chicca finale chiedono se vogliamo pagare la pulizia finale, come se spettasse ad un ospite pagare la pulizia per gli ospiti successivi. Ah e viene chiesto un deposito cauzionale di 150 euro per eventuali danni, meglio soprassedere. Mi sono fatto l'idea che il problema sia che a gestirlo non è il proprietario ma un'agenzia, che per quanto gentilissimi, naturalmente hanno attenzioni minori di quelle che avrebbe un proprietario.
