Good stay with retro equipment

Very good location. Close to the beach. Close to the centre. Large balcony with sea view. The pool was cleaned every day or every other day. Air conditioning.

When we arrived, the gas in the kitchenette was not working, we had to report it to the reception so that they could come to sort it out (it should have been checked before our arrival). The gas tank is right next to the buckle, which is not safe in my opinion. The couch was completely dislodged and you couldn't even sit on it - a completely unusable piece of equipment. The beds were very uncomfortable, but it is possible that everyone has a different personal preference. The kitchen could do with a bit of renovation. Paid towels and bed sheets. Paid place on the beach. A little bit of street noise, but we accepted that, as it is close to the centre and the beach - some people might mind.

The pool was great and the kids had a lot of fun in there. The person at the reception was helpful with directions for our trip to Venice.

We had to go to a travel agency to confirm that we have arrived (and fill in manually the travel form) and from there you get the directions for the hotel which is 2-3 km away. That stop was quite useless, and everything could've been sorted much easily at the reception. The fact that the pool and jacuzzi closes at 20:00 was annoying. The fact that they give you a single roll of toilet paper is ridiculous. Although there's a kitchen, don't expect any basic things to be present, such as salt, oil, or vinegar. Also, there's no detergent for dish washing or detergent for the washing machine.

Very good

Great localization, near to the beach and very close to main street. Many restaurants and shops in the area. We came with two small dogs, it wasnt any problem, they stay for free what is great for us.

Apartment was dirty. We bought cleaning liquids and clean it on our own. No toilet paper, no garbage bags. A lot to improve there.

Poor

Location was really good, approx 200 m from the beach, naer to the city center, markets and restaurants. A/C working well, big balcony with hanger. Good parking in shadow. Staff was kind. Safe in the room was really helpful. Elevator in very good condition. Capacity of electric boiler for 4 people was big enough.

How to start... at first it was really surprise regarding extra fee for everything e.g. bed covers, towels, cleaning?!... the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. Beds moveable, mattres not fixed on the bed. The door was not possible to lock from inside. Swimming pool with cold water not filtered sufficiently. Pool was not clean. In the kitchen corner broken gas burner 1 from 3. Bathroom very small, relatively clean, we found 1 toilet paper for 4 people during our stay (4 days). No towels, you should take from home if you do not want to pay. I recommend replace showerhead... No soap or shower stuff like you expect. Price/quality negative. I highly recommend to search for different accomodation for that money.

Ok, if you know what to expect.

The location was great, the stuff very helpfull and fast responding, and the place was very clean. Also, the balcony was great: big and with a sea view.

We didn’t like that the double bed advertised on the booking page of the property were actually two beds put one next to each other. I was explained at the reception that that is how all the double beds in Bibione are. We used a double bed sheet to keep the two mattereses together and were able to sleep with the kid in the bed, so in the end we could live with it. You have to bring your own bed sheets and towels, if not, you can rent them from the property. We payed the bed sheets per person, so 24€ (12€x2) in total for two persons. Also, you have to bring from home or buy from the store: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish washing solution, everything that you need. Nothing is provided. I think this is ok as long as you know what to expect. The couch in the living room was very old and I think it needs to be replaced. I don’t imagine someone sleeping there. But we used it very little for sitting, so it was ok. About the bed mattreses, I think it’s a matter of luck. In our room, from 4 beds, two beds had foam mattreses, very comfortable, and the other two had mattreses with springs, very uncomfortable. We only needed two beds, so for us it was ok.

It was great!

It is on the first street after the hotels' line. Very close to the beach. It is close to the pedestrian area and shops. Beach side is clean. Our balcony was big. We could eat outside comfortably. Pool was clean also. We can offer it to families. The whole building was repainted so it looks new.

The everyday morning noise of the garbage collector and hotel facilities trucks. But this is because of the location not the residence's problem. Small kitchenette.

Best option for budget holiday

The location is perfect- this building is situated in the nicest part of Bibione- very close to all the shops and restaurants and close to the beach but also quite and relaxing. The service was impeccable, people at the agency were all nice and helpful. They accept animals for 10eur per day which is also a good deal. This place itself is nothing fancy, but everything works well. The apartment was very clean, there was enough hot water for the whole family to take a shower everyday and wifi was strong enough to watch Netflix. Baby cot was also clean and sturdy. The kitchen was well equipped, you even get a dishwasher, so we only brought the electric kettle from home. There is also a washing machine. The big plus is a large balcony, which is basically another room where you can enjoy meals, store all the strollers and beach gear and enjoy a nice view to the sea. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you are travelling with kids. We had a great time.

The building was lacking bike racks.

Commercial destination, to the extent of losing any local flair. Good services, but quite expensive.

The hotel is kept simple and clean, the staff at the reception is very nice, always ready to help. The possibility to check in late is great although we did not have to use it. The position of the hotel is fabulous, just between the main road and the beach. You have a balcony with a fabulous view of the beach. The facilities within the rooms are good although I missed a hot-water kettle (there is a stove and a percolator coffee machine though).

On arrival, you have to go to another office only to get the contract and pay the city tax. Why could this not be done at the reception? Having driven 800 kms, the last thing you want to do when you arrive is to go and search for another place in an unknown place. What we found frankly shocking is that you have to pay extra to get bed sheets and towels (12 euro per set of bed sheets, we did not need towels). I have been to many hotels and holiday destinations and have never experienced something like this. But this seems to be the spirit in the region - you pay literally for everything. In restaurants you pay (1-2 euro) for each set of plates and cutlery. Again, this should be the basic equipment of restaurants, not added extra! Instead of feeling welcome and taken care of, this makes you feel you are being just ripped of money. Yet, it is such an unnecessary trick - I would much rather pay 9 euro for a pizza and have cutlery "free" than pay 8 euro for a pizza and then see all these added costs on my bill. Overall, we found the place very commercial, which we had expected. What we did not expect is that staff in restaurants and shops are not very friendly and welcoming, they display mostly just the minimal politeness in serving you. The beach was disappointing, the water was very dirty and there were red algae that looked like shaved human hair (which we did not see in other beaches around). It is good for children, in that it is shallow and has almost no waves, but a bit boring for people enjoying a swim or diving. That said, Bibione is well placed between Venice and Trieste. We used that location to go to both directions and drove all the way down to Croatia (Umag). We would probably choose another place on the coast next time, we loved Lido di Jesolo or Lignano Sabbiadoro.

Outstanding service and accommodations.

Perfect location. 1 block away from the beautiful beach. Walking distance from many shops and eateries. Large apartment style accommodations that provided all the comforts of regular home living.

10 raz w Bibione ale pierwszy raz tak blisko plaży i centrum jednocześnie! Ku mojemu zdziwieniu było zaskakująco cicho, naprawdę spokojne miejsce, da się odpocząć a jednocześnie jest wszędzie blisko. Winda i klimatyzacja to duży plus tego obiektu.

Brak czajnika!! Grzanie wody w garnuszku na gazie w 2025 roku słabo to wygląda i z małymi dziećmi jest to dość niebezpieczne :/. Basen raczej przeciętny.

Jó elhelyezkedés, megfelelő méretű apartman, tiszta, megfelelően felszerelt, elég nagy terasz, jó kilátás, bolt, sétáló utca és tengerpart pár perc sétányira

Az apartmanház medencéjének a vize nagyon hideg volt. Többen kutyával, kutyákkal jöttek nyaralni, aztán úgy mentek el az apartmanból, hogy a kutyákat otthagyták, amik addig csaholtak, amíg a gazdáik vissza nem értek. Ez zavaró volt.

Super Lage! In ein paar Minuten am Strand und in der Einkaufsstraße. Es verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und eine Waschmaschine. Sauberer Außenpool Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden Großer Balkon - großes Apartment wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder

Negativ: keine Müllsäcke, keine Geschirrtabs, kein Spülmittel, kein Schwamm, Fetzen oder Geschirrtuch Man muss extra für Handtücher und Leintücher bezahlen- relativ Teuer und man muss es selber beziehen

Rökande grannar men vi fick ett nytt rum högre upp, kan va lite lyhört när barnfamiljerna hetsar sig ner mot poolen/stranden Sviktande wi-fi men vi fick en egen router efter förfrågan vilket va plus
