The studio/family room was extremely noisy as laundry and garbage trucks bustled immediately near the door at 3 AM Recommended not take room 001 because of noise

Very good
Parking is really easy in the yard of the facility. Very close to the beach itself (no more than 150m) and to "La Fontana" (city centre). Very close to the facility is a supermarket that makes it super easy for a couple days of accomodation.
Clean fridge, which we really appreciated. Washing machine and cofee maker OK. Easy check-in. Great location in proximity to beach and city centre.
Generally talking, I use to "accept" more reviews from germans than from other nationalities, since I know very well that they have more claims for their money than others, but in this case it was wrong. Pay attention because the same facility is sharing "Hotel Katja" and " Apartments Katja".
The information from Booking should be updated according to real situation ( for instance the parking facility which is OK, but on booking appears not to be available).
Even if the distance from the facility to beach os close, you have a good 4 minutes walk to the beach itself (the width if the beach is fabulous).
Each room has a unic place of umbrella and chairs on the beach-what I found to be not fair was that even if we were 4 (family), we did get only 3 chairs under the umbrella. Even if you rent an umbrella, you are not able to get a place close to the one that is booked from the residence.
For us, it was the 1st time in Bibione, but for sure we will never get back. I saw during the years a lot of beaches, but nowhere else we were treated by the staff of the beach like here (they threatened us with a fee of 500 eur because we put a blanket on the umbrella to have shadow for 4 persons! On the other hand, 3 umbrellas from us one couple with a child put the same blanket for shadow and because they were italians, they got away without any warning! Being treated with such a discrimination put us to be really speachless!
I heared about the fascist treatment that some tourists are experincing in Italy, but I refused to belive that something like that can be really true nowadays! Such a rude attitude I didn't experienced even in some of the poorest countries, but also not in any other developed country and it was really the major point of dissapointment for any further italian travel). This kind of stupid rules I didn't saw anywhere else where I was. Of course that I made a claim to the beach administration, but, surpise!

it is in the middle of the town only one street away from the center and the same from the beach - clean place, good restaurants room for young couples, I would need a little bit bigger. very kind staff, helpful.

Everything looked quite new and clean. Apartment had a nice size and perfect location.
That the emergency lights went on at 23h and woke up the whole family. Hard to reach someone that late to help.

Great apartment
The whole building is very clean and very well maintained. Location is great as it's very close to the beach (about 3 mins walk), a grocery store is right across the street from the entrance, and the main street with all the shops and restaurants is also only a block away. Staff is friendly and helpful and they're waiting outside during check-in hours to flag your car upon arrival and help you park. Pool is also very nice with plenty of sunbeds and chairs around it. You get assigned umbrella with sunbed and a chair at the beach which is included in the price. They didn't ask for security deposit when checking in. Check out was also very smooth and fast.
The only thing I found a bit odd is that bedsheets are not included by default and you have to ask for them and pay extra money. Otherwise you'll sleep on what seems to be single-use bedsheets made from thin paper-like material.

Fint rent sted med god beliggenhed
Rummelig lejlighed med god indretning. Veludstyret køkken med stort køleskab og fin fryser. Super beliggenhed i forhold til stranden og byen. Der var en parkeringsplads med til lejligheden. Faste strandsenge med til lejligheden med god beliggenhed på stranden.
Meget lille altan og lille bord på altanen. Vi savnede en 4. stol på altanen, da vi var 4 personer. Herudover meget små parkeringspladser.

Klimaanlage viel zu laut, die Dusche verschimmelt, Parkplätze viel zu eng, der Geruch des Appartements war fast nicht mehr zu ertragen, der Boden bei der Terrasse gehört komplett ausgetauscht und für den Preis wäre Frühstück inklusive sehr nett gewesen.
