Not worth the price

Very well located, easy check in, parking and good balcony

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience with the staff. At arrival absolutely no information was provided and even our passports were retained for some hours. On the next day the receptionist even told us that would be impossible to go to tre cime that day, which was totally untrue. Also, when asked for any help it was clear that they didn’t want to provide any information for us, zero welcoming. Breakfast was also very limited.

A great place to stay when you are on a (weekend) ski trip

Extremelly kind and welcoming staff. Nice and cosy room, good breakfast. A good location (about 15min to 3zinnen and 40min to Cortina).

A rather late start of breakfast at 7:45. For those of us who want to be on the slopes as they open (8:30), and need to get there first.

We spent in this hotel 5 days . Very nice.

Position is perfect in middle of the town. Dinner is simple at fixed price but genuine and with a very good quality / Price. There is a great buffet of Starter and vegetables the you can choose between 2 first course and 2 main course + dessert. They produce by themselves and serve (at good price) at dinner or after dinner (in front of fireplace) a very good wine. Breakfast good (cakes, croissant, ham, cheese, eggs,....). Natural water is free. Rooms (number 1 and 10) nice with bathroom completely new/renovated. Free Parking available we never had problems. It is available a room for ski and boots Owners and staff very kind

The dinner is served very early (at least for us) 18.45. We would suggest a different management of the cloth napkin (or in paper or changing every day)

Hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon, kleinem Kühlschrank und schönem Badezimmer. Durchweg sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Kurze Fußwege zu Zentrum, Supermarkt und Busbahnhof.

Odlična lokacija za izlete z avtobusom in vlakom.

Všeč nama je bilo, da je blizu hotela Serles avtobusna postaja in da je prenočevanje v tem hotelu vključevalo tudi Suedtirol Guest Pass za vlak in avtobuse. V to e-kartico so namreč vključeni avtobusni prevozi in vlak, razen za avtobuse do koče Auronzo in do Pragser Wildsee. Slednje je bilo treba rezervirati in plačati online. Všeč nama je bilo, da je bilo blizu več slaščičarn in pekarna Trenker. Lastnica nama je dala dragocen nasvet kako priti do koče Auronzo potem, ko ni bilo več možno za določen sončen dan rezervirati prevoza z avtobusom iz Toblacha, prav tako pa tudi ne parkirišča ob koči Auronzo. Zajtrk je bil v redu, zlasti jogurt s sadjem. Lastnica nama je dovolila, da sva lahko na dan odhoda pustila avto na parkirišču do 14. ure, čeprav je bil check out do 10. ure.

Ni nama bilo všeč, da je ventilator v kopalnici delal še dolgo potem, ko si ugasnil luč. To je zlasti moteče pred spanjem. Zajtrk je bil od 7.45 ure dalje, kar je precej pozno za daljše pohodniške ture. Predlagam, da se zajtrk začne ob 7. uri ali vsaj ob 7.30 uri.

Poloha hotela, velmi mili ludia v hoteli, bezproblemovy check in. Idealne, na jednu noc. Ranajky s celkom dobrym vyberom.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage des Hauses und der große Parkplatz. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Angenehm war das Badezimmer mit der großen Dusche und täglich frische Handtücher und der große Balkon. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.
