About this villa rental
This fabulous villa is set high up in the prestigious Belmont Estate in the West End of Tortola British Virgin Islands.
Limeberry Villa, it is a designers dream with bright colors, Mexican tile, sun and moon sinks that wake you up even if you have been partying late at Bomba’s full moon shack! The West Indian style Villa nestles into the contours or the land, with bedrooms set in separate cottages maintaining maximum privacy. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The house welcomes you with an open, airy feeling, the covered dining area which is the focal point of the house boasts an open plan gourmet kitchen, so no one is left out of the entertaining. An induction stove, stainless steel ice-making refrigerator and a dishwasher, complete this a gourmet kitchen.
A short flight of steps brings you to Papaya and Vanilla suites. Papaya has its own private deck, complete with a tree growing through it and outside shower, all positioned to catch the cooling breezes of the Caribbean.
Spectacular turquoise infinity pool offers breathtaking views over Long Bay and the Palm Grove, or with superb sunsets over Smuggler's Cove. Use the cocktail seat in the pool so you can watch the sun go down while sipping a rum punch.
To the west of the house there is also a deck for alfresco dinning with a built in stainless steel BBQ stove. Here on fine evenings you can dine under the stars.

Jon, our host, is truly an outstanding host! Add in the house, Limeberry Villa, and the beautiful view, and you have the ingredients for an amazing friend’s vacation! Jon met us and guided us to our villa where he had rum punches waiting to welcome us! He knows the area well and provided suggestions about restaurants and activities. Smuggler’s Cove Beach and Long Bay Beach were favs and uncrowded when we visited, even when a cruise ship was in port. We chartered a boat with Capt Deb’s at daytripsbvi.com for a day and snorkeled at Peter Island and Norman Island, and had lunch at Pirates Bight. Thank you Jon for sharing your villa!

The host Jonathan is the BOMB! The communication after I put down the initial down payment he was always in touch. When we arrived, he was there to meet us and had a helper to put our bags in the rooms. The house is spectacular! The views are unreal! Everyone has their own little Casitas and then of course we all meet in the open air kitchen sitting area dining area. I have been to many homes all over the world in this one tops it i’ve put! Also, you can go through Jonathan and get a driver to pick you up. Put us with David. He had David pick us up and he was fantastic and we used them the whole time. Whatever you need from Jonathan he answers within the minute and fixes everything within 30 minutes if anything needs to be fixed, of course I can’t say enough about this place. Jonathan was there to send us off along with his helper to load our luggage into David’s van. I told him we would be back next year without a doubt!

This house and Jonathan our host were truly amazing! Jonathan provided a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding area and restaurant recommendations. The views and open air concept of the home were the best.
