Work crews, do you need space? FOUR LARGE BEDROOMS 😇. Spacious older completely updated home located in quite working class neighborhood near UAB and Samford universities; Grandview, Brookwood and Princeton Baptist Health hospitals. Most of our tenants have been work crews. The home has four bedrooms, which includes 1 bedroom master suite (with jacuzzi bathtub, shower, bidet and private entrance) 2.5 baths, deck, and all modern amenities. We also have room for your fur babies! WIFI is provided.
Housecleaning provided per bedroom (weekly or biweekly). If interested, request🙂.

This budget rental fit the needs of my work crew very well. Lots of sleepling space and 3 bathrooms allowed us all to get ready in the AM.
Host was responsive but laid back. Would stay again if we come back to b-hqm next year for work.

House had everything we needed. Loved we could have our 4-legged family with us. Quiet dead-end neighborhood perfect for our stay.

This is an older home and could use some professional upgrading, but was adequate for our purposes. We were working 14 hour days and just needed a place to sleep and do some laundry. This place worked just fine for us . It had at least 6 or 7 beds and 2 and a half baths. Nice not needing to wait for a bathroom.
