Our older cozy home (4 beds) is nestled in a safe working class neighborhood. It has a wood-burning fireplace, natural hardwood floors, gated backyard for family pets to enjoy, and a deck, equipped with a charcoal grill. It is conveniently located near UAB, Princeton Baptist Medical Center, and St. Vincent's hospital; and popular shopping areas, such as The Summit and Galleria. Medical students book it! WIFI is provided.

The owner was attentive and the home was clean. But its rundown and shabby. Parking is an unmarked patch of gravel after hopping over a slight indentation on the curb. The curtains are bedspreads and the blinds don’t fit the windows. There are animals and trains which awaken you just like in “My Cousin Vinny”. Half the price may be worth considering as a get to, then get away.
