Our Paris adventure

Great location, near to famous landmarks, well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and beds. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 4. Nearby supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc everything very convenient. It has a rustic French style.

Needs a shower holder / hook for the shower head. The outside shutter for the children's room needs attaching as the wind is blowing it and it's making a banging noise.

Disappointing

Good. Location. Nice area

The hallway to the property presented a prominent smell of urine. The backsplash on the kitchen was cracked and smashed. The bathroom there was tiles missing and visible pipes. The majority of the property smelt of damp and had visible damp patches. Felt very unwelcoming. Gloomy property very bare and empty. Host was rude

Good location but apartment needs work!

Location was very good, lovely Christmas market outside, lots of shops and location to metro was very good. Check in and out was easy. Good size apartment and looks like it was decorated to a good standard at some point but sadly not been maintained.

I wasn’t impressed with the property. No free parking available , I had to pay for public parking 5 mins away in a multi story car park €30 a day! No shower, only a bath with shower attachment and the plug for the bath didn’t even work. Property is in need of some major repairs, water damage, paint peeling and broken splashback mirror in kitchen which was unsafe. Unable to open the bedroom window to open the shutters and so I had to listen to the metal shutters hitting the railings in the wind all night so couldn’t sleep. Very small lift to the property on the fifth floor, it’s only big enough for 1 suitcase and 1 person this was a pain with 4 adults and a baby, pram didn’t fit and there are 5 flights of stairs. I feel this should be explained in the description. Place needs a good clean and some investment, new bedding/ pillows and pillow protectors a must as badly stained and need throwing away. Have to say it was supposed to be a treat for my 50th birthday but it wasn’t pleasant at all.

Ideal for a short stay for a couple. Not for a family as it wasn’t the cleanest .The smoke put us off.

The view from the property was amazing! Very gorgeous and calm. The kitchen/ living/ dining area was very nicely designed and felt quite cosy

The whole place stank of cigarettes when we went in, with our two children, we had to open the windows for hours, in November, just to air it out. It didn’t go completely but wasn’t as thick. The boiler was showing, tiles off in the bathroom, bathroom door looked dirty. They provided a cot for us and the mattress for that had brown rings on, overall wasn’t impressed.

Lovely big open feel apartment, stunning views, good location, great communication - friendly staff. All utensils, plates cups bowls in order. Very clean with fresh linen and towels.

Very cold in the appartment, the apartment does not look like it does in the pictures which is a shame, very dated in some parts and quite dangerous with wires and leads hanging from walls and ceilings, tiles and chunks missing from the bathroom wall, heater wires have all been cut. Cannot use the shower only hand held and cannot fill the bath as the plug has been broken. Splash back in kitchen completely smashed. Bad smell on entrance to apartments building like urine. Appartment opposite played very loud music late at night so children’s could not sleep. Could be a stunning appartment if some work and decor was attended to and also warmer in the autumn/winter months would be nice. TV only works sometimes, all batteries from all controls had been removed.

Conveniently located at the end of the meteo line, property has spectacular Views from all rooms. Recommended stay.

Charming, comfortable, and flexible host.

Apartment is very large, nice and well located. Right across the street from the Levallois Perret city hall. It had an elevator which is a plus in Paris.

We couldn’t find a hair dryer or an iron; although it was listed as being part of the list.

Great apartment just needs some minor decor repairs

Location was excellent,in a good neighbourhood with restaurants, supermarkets and lots of food shops, close to Metro and bus routes. It was clean and the beds were comfortable .

It needs some repairs on it e.g. broken mirror splashback behind cooker, several missing tiles from bathroom and a few small places in main room where paint is peeling in main room. This doesn't effect the stay in this great apartment it just detracts from the luxury feel of it.

Just a horrid experience all round

Location, view across the town square.

Broken electrical sockets at low level - dangerous. Dirty over iced freezer Dirty bath towel Was not met at the apartment as described in the booking arrangement. Was let in by a neighbour and had a series of texts before we got a key. Had to wait 45 minutes for a door empty fob. Badly Broken splashback mirror in kitchen. Poor decoration - paint hanging from walls. Dirty/unmopped floors Tiles missing from bathroom. Kitchen drainer dirty. Dirty dishwasher. Freezer very dirty and iced up. Very dirty kitchen floor Dirty extractor hood Bath drain blocked and slow emptying. X2 broken dining chairs. Filth hidden down sofa chairs. Double bed badly stained mattress. Booking.com photographs completely misleading - taken years ago. Owner might have done the decent thing and inform us of the construction works which started at 7am and finished at 4pm every day.

Great place to stay

We stayed for 3 nights. Apartment is big and in a quiet area. Great views and lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Metro is 10 minutes walk so I really recommend it

Location is great with a view to the townhall, I also liked the kitchen and interior furniture.

Apartment was quite cold, heating was not put on before we came and it took a while to get it any warmer. There was quite few morning plates and glasses.

Locatie en de ruimte van het appartement

We waren al voorbereid op het slechte onderhoud en daar was inderdaad niets aan verbeterd. Jammer, want het doet afbreuk aan de kwaliteit van het mooie appartement. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, maar op het bad zit bijvoorbeeld geen stop. Vrij eenvoudig om een inloopdouche in de badkamer te maken. Raam in de ene slaapkamer moet open kunnen. Broodrooster werkt niet. Bedlampjes graag. Beetje meer aandacht voor de aankleding en de afwerking zou het appartement eer aan doen.

La vue et l’emplacement

Le sol collant, les traces partout sur les murs, la fenêtres qui ne s’ouvre pas sans bac+5 monteur fenêtre dans la chambre à lits simples, la salle de bain à moitié terminée, les courants d’air qui font claquer les portes et les volets, la porte d’entrée pas vraiment sécurisante.

Gute Lage, schöner Blick auf den Rathausplatz. Lokale und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Metro nicht weit, rasch in Paris.

Von den beiden Waschbecken lief bei einem das Wasser gar nicht, beim anderen versickerte es langsam. Es gab keine Dusche, nur eine freistehende Badewanne, man pladderte mit der Handdusche alles naß und das Wasser versickerte nur langsam.
