Personale cordiale e gentile, la casa è abbastanza recente, la posizione comoda (non centralissima), anche per il parcheggio, proprio lì davanti. Aria condizionata gradita. La sera si sta bene c'è una buona arietta.
Un po' scomoda la gestione dei rifiuti, abbiamo dovuto fare 2 viaggi in ricicleria. Per essere perfetta dovrebbero aggiungere qualche piccolo confort (lavastoviglie, qualcosa per pulire casa).

Posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro, a pochi minuti di macchina dalle diverse spiagge della zona, posizione leggermente elevata rispetto al resto dell’abitato di Santa Teresa e quindi ventilato anche con il caldo. Ambienti interni comodi e funzionali. Proprietario disponibilissimo, gentile e pronto a richieste o domande. Pulizia eccellente Lo consigliamo sicuramente
Praticamente nulla, forse l’unico neo potrebbe presentarsi in caso di difficoltà a fare le scale, anche se sono poche ed ampie. Per noi non è stato per nessun motivo un problema, anzi, il fatto di essere in posizione sopraelevata si è decisamente rivelato un plus.
