About this house rental
Sandpiper Unit 113. Enjoy unobstructed ocean and sunset views from this welcoming one story meadow home in the middle of The Sea Ranch. Shell Beach and One Eyed Jack’s playground are a short walk away along the ocean bluff trail. The wood deck with hot tub is perfect for whale watching, wildlife viewing and star gazing. The great room has a large oak dining table, 50” HD TV, and lots of puzzles, cards and games for indoor entertainment. Two of the three queen bedrooms are master bedrooms. Sandpiper is ideal for a relaxing getaway to the coast. BED LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL. Owner will allow children age 6+. Garage not available to renters.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.

Beautiful home with a sweeping ocean view. The living room furniture is very comfortable and well situated to take advantage of the view. The kitchen is very well equipped. The hot tub works well. The barbeque functions but could use maintenance. The house is close to coastal walking trails and to Shell Beach

What a wonderful family trip!! Hiking trails to the coastal bluff are very conveniently located to the very well appointed home. Lovely sunsets from the deck or grand front room. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools we needed. A grocery stop at Surf Market and we were set!!

Great location. House is well equipped in the kitchen, games etc. Kitchen is a bit small if doing a lot of cooking. The only con is that the house feels a bit dated. If it were spruced up and modernized a bit, it would improve the home.

This house is not as big as the pictures show. The home is a bit dated as well. BUT, the location is great. A very short walk to Shell Beach a plus.
