Absolutely stunning part of the world and staying right in the national park. So beautiful! The beds were soooo comfortable and the staff were lovely. Incredible to be able to walk down to the jetty each morning for sunrise. Just magic.
I was aware there was a national park fee but the exact amount needs to be made more explicit upon booking.

I stayed here one night and it was very pleasant.
You have all the facilities of the fancy hotel The Menjangan but without the cost. You can snorkel from the jetty and eat at their restaurants and get ferried around in their buggies.
Very kind staff who go out of their way to be helpful.
An "eco-lodge" but not so ecological. There was no ceiling fan, just air conditioning. The air-conditioning units are very noisy so you have to listen to the drone of them when you're having your breakfast and sleeping.
No table at all in the room, so nowhere to put your water or anything.
Be aware that you have to pay extra for being in the park. It is not included in your hotel price and Booking.com did not make this clear.
The buggies that drive you around are diesel and a bit smelly. not great for a supposed ecological park.

Great choice of breakfast options. Well informed staff; fabulous morning birding hike with your guide; easy access rides to boat jetty and Octagon pool and restaurant, with rides available to fantastic Bali Tower. I also enjoyed riding a bicycle in the park and walking on the roads to the other places for food, etc. Yeah, well done!
I had a downstairs room and I could hear upstairs foot traffic, but fortunately all the guests went to bed early and were respectful of quiet night hours. I slept well. It would be good if the office gets a book or photos of the local fish and local birds and animals in the park.
