Great staff, nice pool, quiet and it feel’s outdoorsy

The bungalows can use some maintenance, it felt like it was dirty to do paint coming off and old furniture. The keys were not working properly, could not lock the door leading to the outdoor bathroom. Also the main door was quite hard to lock and unlock. The mosquito net had quite a few holes and the bed was not comfortable.

We had the bungalow with private garden, very nice and comfortable. Good breakfast, very nice and friendly and helpful staff. Pool is amazing! Staff arranged scooters for us. Nice town with many restaurants.

Spent many hours attempting to get cash.

Attractive and small. We were the only guests so we enjoyed privacy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

The place is a bit old and tired. We rented the private bungalow with pool which was much pricier than other 4 bungalows. BUYER BEWARE: you cannot use a credit card at this so-called resort. I had problems at all four ATM machines in the town. One was broken; one did not take VISA debit cards. I could not withdraw any cash. At one point my card was blocked by my US bank. I walked back and forth to the ATM machines in the heat to no avail. In my opinion, the fact that the owner will not take credit cards should be info provided before booking. I was finally able to get cash and we then switched hotels.

Pleasant

Garden was pretty and well maintained Staff were friendly and helpful (but English was limited) - I think they probably need more guidance and direction in order to do their jobs more effectively Private pool was lovely (but not as “private” as expected) Bed was comfortable Breakfast was tasty (recommend the Indonesian breakfast)

All Comments apply to the private pool villa only - they are constructive criticism for the owner to consider No kettle in the kitchen so we had to use the gas cooker to boil water in an old pot but the gas cooker didn’t work properly Only one chipped mug in the kitchenette No plates in kitchen Tap in kitchen sink is barely a trickle No fan in the outside seating area (looks like there used to be one but it broke and hasn’t been replaced) Staff were cleaning the garden when we were having coffee in the morning and we had to ask them to come back another time Air con didn’t work well and was very noisy - the compressor made the cupboard inside rattle all night Front door to the room didn’t lock - the lock is old and extremely difficult to lock Toilet leaked all over the floor for two days and was only fixed after we asked for it to be fixed Toilet door squeaked noisily - we fixed it with Emu oil that we had to hand!

Quite and relaxing

The villa with its own pool was great. Enjoyed the outdoor shower and toilet.

Nothing to dislike as such but make sure you have change and small notes. I ordered a coffee that was 10,000 IR on the morning I was leaving. They didn't have any change for my 50,000. Whilst the lady was very polite, the correct amount had to paid but I needed to locate the correct change myself.

très déçu par rapport aux photos de booking, et trop cher pour la prestation proposée.

nous avons aimé l'emplacement au calme, et le centre de plongée du phocéa Bali qui se situe à côté. c'est à peu près tout ce qu'on a aimé. Le personnel présent semble livré à lui même et du coup passe sa journée affalé par terre ou sur une chaise à fumer et regarder leur téléphone portable ignorant totalement les clients (et pourtant nous étions seul les 2 premiers jours, et seulement 2 couple les jours suivant), l'établissement étant comme tout les autres à Bali en climat tropical les peintures se détériorent rapidement, mais là il y vraiment de la saleté non nettoyé depuis bien longtemps, il y a un grand laissé allé. Le prix est trop cher (quasi 60 euros la nuit) par rapport à la prestation proposé, j'ai eu de bien meilleur petit hôtel pour beaucoup moins cher

l'établissement est sale (photo), vous déjeunez avec vu sur un matelas qui traine au milieu d'un bazar (seau, balai, torchon...) au sol pendant tout votre séjour. les chambres ne sont pas correctement nettoyées, douches sales du sol au plafond (cheveux des anciens clients sur le pommeau, fleur qui pourrie derrière le lavabo et qui était encore là à la fin de notre séjour après 3 passages du personnel de nettoyage). Nous n'étions que 2 couples présent dans l'hôtel donc tout le loisir pour le staff de faire attention à la propreté. l'espace du petit déjeuné ne donne vraiment pas envie de s'attarder (réfectoire à ciel ouvert), tous les jours nous étions obligé de mettre nous même les matelas sur les transat de piscine qui à 11h00 étaient toujours entassés.

Super séjour

Villa avec piscine très calme et agréable, conforme à la description. Petit déjeuner copieux et servi à la villa à l'heure choisit. Personnel compétant et serviable. La piscine est assez grande et dispose de bains de soleil avec parasol.
