Beautifully presented summer home on an acre of land, featuring a gunite 18 x 36 ft heated pool, is perfect for family gatherings. Four bedrooms plus bunk room provide comfortable and flexible sleeping accomodation for maximum of 13 people. Bike to Dowses Beach and quaint Osterville village.
Furnished to the highest standard yet with family living in mind, the house is over 3,000 square feet providing plenty of room to spread out . An open plan kitchen, dining, living room opens on to the back deck overlooking lawn, pool and woods. The screened in sun porch is perfect for games on a summer's night or roast marshmallows over the firepit by the pool.
Rental includes a beach pass to Dowses beach, a pretty 2 mile bike ride or drive away. There is also water access across the street for paddle boards and kayaks.

The home was beautiful, and location perfect for our family summer vacation. The house has all the amenities you would want, from the heated pool to kayaks and board games galore. Clean and well appointed, the pictures and host make for a perfect stay.
