Highly recommended!!

The apartment is just like in the pictures, everything is exceptional and very clean!!! The terrace offers a view of the sea, and the beach is only 20m away. The host Maria is very pleasant and professional. 10 minutes away you have Lidl and Masoutis, and along the coast there is a nice selection of restaurants. Highly recommended accommodation!!!

Overal very pleasant stay.

Everything was fine. When we arrived, we were greeted by the host and she showed us the room and explained what we needed to know. The room was very clean and seemed almost unused. We had an additional request and she helped us without any fuss. I could not stress this enough, how clean was the room, there was no trace of dirt even in the hard-to-reach places. Sheets and all was perfect. The location is perfect - quiet, near the centre of the city, right beside the beach.

As stated, the sheets were clean, they smelled of fabric softener. But the aroma was too intense. It almost disturbed our sleep. Another small annoyance was that there was no coffee for the schwartz machine, only packs of instant coffee. Maybe for the price a better coffee option could be offered.

We had a wonderful stay at the Okean studios. Maria was fantastic, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. The beach is just across the street, super close and it’s a beautiful beach! The apartment was super clean, she changed towels and sheets. the internet connection was also great! overall super happy with this place and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Ierissos.

The studio was sea front, everything was just like the pictures - very clean, comfortable and cosy. There is everything you need to cook and prepare coffee and tea. The beach is 1 minute away, the restaurants are very very close on walking distance. The host is super helpful and kind.

It exited our expectations, probably one of the best studios that we have stayed Greece.

The location is in the center near the beach but the town is pretty calm so that's not an issue. Regarding the accommodation it's perfect for a family vacation, the studio is modern and comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped, also the terraces are spacious. The stаff very was helpful and friendly. Тhe beach is just a short walk so its perfect if you have small children.

We liked everything. Nice beaches, nice small village full with people. At night have bars and good restaurants with delicious food. About property everything is brand new. The host Maria is great and polite person who always will keep your room very clean and will help you with everything. Strongly recommend!

Amazing Stay next to the Beach on a relaxing bed.

We stayed just for a day, but it was more than enough to convince us to come back again and stay even longer! The A/C was amazing, bed was pretty big and comfortable, location was literally 50m from the beach - what else would you need? Also the host was very friendly and approachable.

There is 2 negatives - not for me but for some people it might be a thing to consider - especially if you are handicapped, 1.There is no elevator, it is staircase only and the second one that was more of a "happens" thing is that the alarm went off randomly at night (outside of the room but was very audible despite the great sound insulation of the rooms. We were awake at that time so it was not really a big deal, but as I said - might consider this before traveling.

Amazing place

The apartments are located meters from the beach, there’s also a restaurant located nearby - perfect for babies and small children. We were with our 6m old and we couldn’t have asked for more. Water is very clean; the apartments are spot on - everything is in perfect condition; last but not least special thanks to Maria who made us feel like home and took care of us, she’s the soul of this place We are definitely coming back

The property is new and clean, well equipped with a sea view. Staff is very responsive. Beach and nice restaurants can be found nearby. I recommend the place.
