Exciting place to have break and to relax.

The most luxurious place to stay in Ierissos. Modern interior design with attention to small details makes you feel at home. A cosy and practical kitchen equipped with state-of-the art electrical appliances. Quiet and easy to reach location just in front of a fabulous sandy beach with crystal clear water. Large balcony with sea view. Minutes away from restaurants, bakery, cafes and shops. Unprecedented hospitality.

Next year once again!

The holiday was a great one! The villa looks new, has all the needed equipment. There is a big balcony looking at the sea. The room itself was always cleaned, having new towels daily. Several times we got small „presents“ during our stay, e.g a small pastry, bottle of wine.

It was not about the villa itself - the sea shore in entire Ierissos is relatively steep. Three meters in water, and it was on neck level. We were traveling some 5 km away on the other side of the mini-peninsula, where the sea was very nice and „sloping“.

Lovely place

The facility is new and cozy, the room was spacious and bright. The staff is kind and they clean the room every day. The villa is very close to the beach and the pedestrian area near the sea.

Some of the guests were very loud but we understand that is something that cannot be fully controlled by the host

Great quality and amazing hosts

This place is amazing. The hosts must have been the most polite and sweet people I've ever met at an accomodation. Cleanup was performed every day, and it was always impecible. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and well-equipped. Everything was both stylish and usable. The location is very close to the beach—everything is in walking distance, and it was easy to get around (we were with a small baby). If we visit Ierissos again, we'll stay here for sure!

Nothing that could be called a real issue. The place is very close to the road which can be busy and noisy, but the windows are of very good quality, and isolation prevents any noise when you close them.

Perfect family stay

The villas were great, brand new and very clean. Special thanks to Eleni - the owner. She was very kind and helpful. The cleaning ladies maintained perfect cleanliness. Melia Villas are situated near the beach - like 2 min walk. There is a bar on the beach, where you can use umbrella and sun beds, but if there is not free place, Eleni will give you her own. On a walking distance there are many restaurants, bakeries and shops. When we left the villas a candle was given to us as a gift. I definitely be back. Thank you, Eleni:)

Great host and property!

Thanks Eleni for the comfortable stay in Ierissos. The property is modern, the spaces are well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was sufficient for prepping some light lunch and there is coffee machine with capsules which were refilled daily.We were impressed by the thorough daily cleaning. It was a pleasure to come back to the room after a day at the beach. Towels were changed daily and bedsheets every two days. I especially loved the flooring, as it dried very quickly and never looked dirty. Eleni was a very welcoming host , we were welcomed with a home-made liqueor which was superbly delicious and she left us some sweet treats during our stay, which was very kind. The balcony was very spacious and pleasant with a big table and comfy chairs and side sea view. It is built in a way providing a shade and breeze so you can relax there without burning under the scorching sun. Eleni was very accommodating when we initially arrived which I am very grateful for. Overall A+ for the property, host and cleaning service.

A recommendation- I feel like design takes over functionality meaning that there were not enough surfaces where to put your stuff. Maybe add some shelves to the wardrobe or a chest drawer so you have somewhere to put your belongings - same goes for the bathroom-no cabinets, just a bench. The other thing to be aware of, and this has nothing to do with the property is that the area is quite dusty and every time a car goes by, it gets quite dusty.

Excellent stay! Nice apartment, great staff & good location!

- Good sized apartment with balcony. Well designed, big fridge, nice sofa, table and chairs inside and on the balcony, good shower pressure, etc. Communal washing machine and tumble dryer on-site too. - Daily cleaning. - Very attentive and friendly host and team. They provided beach items (e.g., umbrella, lounger) and kindly gave us welcome and farewell gifts (cookies, marmalade, etc). Always available to answer questions. - Good location near a pleasant beach. Lots of restaurants along the seafront and a good bakery. There was some construction in the area during our stay, but it did not impact our stay (i.e., construction hours were respectful and the apartment is well soundproofed). - Good location to explore other beaches, get a ferry to the islands, visit the Athos wall, etc.

Absolutely beautiful place. Highly recommend!

The building is absolutely beautiful and the room we had was just perfect. airconditioning in the bedroom and the kitchen, very nice balcony with a beautiful view and every comfort you could have wished for. The staff was really lovely and they welcomed us with rose syrup and greek chocolates. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for families and couples.

Pleasant

The apartment was very clean and refreshed daily.

The property position is far from beachfront. The view to the sea is disrupted by boats that are being repaired, ruined builder's houses, etc. The road around the property is sandy, so for going out dining, you have to take a car. There were builders on the property, so a noise as well and even water shortage in a point. The property might be best in the peak of the season, however, early in summer it's not ideal because the place(Ierissos) itself doesn't have much to offer.

Everything, the staff, the location, the apartment, the facilities, the town, how clean the apartment was. Excellent. They even gave us free cookies, free liquor, free water on arrival, the cleaning lady asks do you want your apartment cleaned on a daily basis. There is washing machine and tumble dryer available on site.

Excellent holidays in an excellent 4+ stars location!

We can say that we felt excellent at Melia Villas and the services and accommodation offered are at an excellent level of 4+ stars! Much more than what we have encountered in Greece so far in the 20 years since we visited this country. Also, the location is near the sea. Only 3 minutes walking. Congratulations to the cleaning ladies as well, for the exemplary cleanliness they are doing every day. Thank you once again to the owner, Mrs. Eleni, for everything and also for the cakes, jam, liquor and especially for the gifts received in the departure day by my wife and my daughter! We hope that we can see each other again in the future and we wholeheartedly recommend Melia Villas to everybody!

The area where is located the Mellia Villas is under development, but this was not a real problem for us and of course is not the owner fault. I just want to mention this to inform correctly the future guests!

amazing accomodation in a nice location.

very nice and large room, with nice facilities (espresso machine, nice large patio, acces to a washing machine). the room is very new and well designed, it was one of the best accomodations we had lately in Greece. the room was cleaned every morning and the towels were changed daily. the host was very nice and welcoming. the location is at the end of the village, but in less than 5 minutes walk we reached the beach and very many tavernas. it was a perfect vacation!

One good place to visit

The apartment is very well equipped. Everything you could need for vacation was in place and brand new. I would say that interior design, usability and comfort of the apartment is one of the best I have had in Greece till now. The stuff provides daily cleaning and every day when you return from the beach it looks like you enter into the apartment for first time. Some of the days you could find on the table small compliments like sweets, salty snacks and liqueur from the owners which is very nice and shows their friendly manner and hospitality. The hostess Elena is very sunny and responsive. Great attitude to all guests.

I had bad luck with noisy family accommodated on top of my apartment. Its matter of education and life style of the guests, therefore can not blame owners. Some noise also came from outside because domestic boys running night races with bikes.

Overall I found the apartment professionally made and managed. We were greeted and offered help during the stay. There are lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance and options to use the crowded beach or find a quieter spot for swimming. The wifi is good, there are smart tvs and AC in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook. We found a hardryer, an iron, coffee maker, microwave oven, etc. The bathroom is modern and made with quality materials, there is unlimited hot water and the water is potable.

The surroundings are seemingly under development, there are empty lots in the neighborhood. In exchange, the view is very good and the place is quiet.

This place is really great - it's new, very well furnished with style, luxurious, cozy and clean. It has everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and we liked it so much that we opted to extend our stay. It's a few minutes' walk to all restaurants, shops, and the beach of Ierissos, yet the property is located in a quiet area. The owners are very welcoming, warm and kind people, and they also helped us a lot when we needed medical aid for our child. In the area we can recommend Kakoudia beach. We also made a trip to the beautiful Alikes beach at Ammouliani.

just amazing

I wish we had spent more time at this gem. We stayed there briefly on our way to Ouranoupolis. The apartment was brand new (I think we might have been their very first customers), stylishly decorated and luxurious, and everything was shiny and spotless clean. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. They brought us a baby crib and helped us plan the rest of our trip, and they even called to make reservations in Greek. The location is amazing, the sea is right in front of you and all the restaurants are within a couple of minutes' walk. We are already planning to stay there again on our way back!
