Perfectly situated close to the Wankhede stadium, Gateway of India, Nariman point & Marine drive. All these places can be reached by foot or via cheap local buses. There's even a cinema theatre just after getting out of the main gate. The beds were super clean and as shown in the photos

I had a delicious masala chai here offered by one of the staffs. It was the best one I had during my stay in India. Please have 10 rupees ready. I did not have small coins and could only give half. If someone had the chance to have the tea, please give what I collected for me.
Location was nice, close to many shops and restaurants.
Overall it was an introduction to India for me.
As a woman traveling on my own I felt unsure. It is great they close the gate for security reasons but at times there were no one to open and I had to wait. The check in process was rather odd as I had to wake up one of the staffs sleeping on the floor on the other side of the gate. Some communication beforehand would have made me more comfortable.
The room gets very hot. If you are someone sensitive to heat, look for AC equipped hotels.
