No key was required. We used a key to get in. They sent the key code at 4:00 p.m. to my email at the time we were allowed to enter the property. There was also a bear that we were able to watch. Of course we kept our distance but it was great. When I had to call the office, once was after hours they were very helpful. I would rent from them again. There is a large grass area beside the cabin where children can play. Thank you for a great experience.

There wasn't much scenery. That was my fault. I didn't pay attention to the the outside on the picture while searching for a cabin. That isn't a bad thing for someone that prefers more of a woodsy scene.

The place was clean and close, even though it was near everything, it was still very peaceful. Bonus, you could hear the Dollywood train whistle.

We LOVED everything about the cabin and the rental company. We were celebrating our 40 year wedding anniversary is the reason we came. We had been taking care of a family member with Dementia for the last 12 months and we just wanted to relax on this trip. The cabin had everything we needed and more.

The only thing we would have like would to be better lighting. My husband and I are 59 & 62 so better lighting would help us older people out. Lol

Stains on the couch. WiFi didn't work in the master suite. Outside privacy curtains ripped . Pool table has seen it beat days.
