We loved this property!!! It was decorated for Christmas and all! The Christmas tree was truly appreciated as we spent Christmas Day at the property. Excellent location! Clean - roomy and great layout. We loved it!

-This condo has no wifi. The resort wifi doesn’t reach this particular room. The balcony was the only place that the internet was ok not great.
-The TVs are outdated.
-The dishes put away in the cabinets needed to be washed because they still had food on them probably from a previous guest.
-The unit is in need of some deep cleaning. Dusty lamps, cobwebs in corners, dirty baseboards, dirty stove and oven, etc.
-I have stayed at this resort in the past and had a great experience. This unit needs some tlc.
-The washing machine was extremely loud and sounded like it was about to blast off into space.
-The dishwasher stunk really bad and we couldn’t get it to come on at all. All dishes had to be washed by hand.
-The unit did not have bowls to store food at all. I had to go buy bowls.
-The bath towels in this unit were very small and extremely thin. We used the pool towels to bath with because at least you felt dry after using it.
-The area by the elevators always stunk like poop or urine.
-The bed arrangements changed after we booked the room with no warning or notification at all.
-This unit just needs some love, upgrades and deep cleaning.
