The locations was incredible, right in the middle of everything South beach. The apartment was clean, nice amenities and very luxe.

We had a great stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it.
The apartment is in an excellent location — extremely central and vibrant. It is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The area is very lively, and everything is within walking distance: the beach, promenade, restaurants, bars, and shops are all just a few minutes away.
One of the positives is also a drawback: because the apartment is located in such a busy area, there is a lot of nightlife. Unfortunately, the windows are not well soundproofed, so street noise and music can be clearly heard in the bedrooms.
Additionally, since we stayed during a peak holiday period, parking was quite challenging. Nearby parking garages were completely full, and we had to park farther away at a very high cost due to the holiday season.
