The host and his daughter, Tasnim were very welcoming, & easy to communicate with. Both rooms rented were nice & nicely decorated. The views from the terrace were beautiful. Breakfast was lovely. The host had gone out of his way to lay some gorgeous flowers on the stairway for us, with our name on it. Thank you. It was much appreciated

It was difficult to find the hotel. Our taxi driver had to ask around before delivering us to the right place. The bedroom downstairs faced a busy main road and you could hear the traffic throughout the night. It was a bed & breakfast place, not a hotel with a reception area

I cannot recommend L’artisan enough! This beautiful Airbnb in Hergla is more than just a place to stay, it’s a heartfelt experience. The family running it is absolutely wonderful: welcoming, warm, and genuinely caring. From the moment I arrived, they treated me like part of their family. The space itself is charming, artistic, and full of character, just like the name suggests. Every corner reflects the love and care they’ve put into it. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was their kindness. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, shared local tips, and even prepared delicious traditional Tunisian tea for me. If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic stay in Hergla with people who have big hearts, this is the place.

Charmant couple avec un accueil sincère et très chaleureux. Toujours aux petits soins et extremement gentil. Bel appartement, avec jolie terrasse. La cuisine et le petit déjeuner étaient aussi très bien. Ce séjour a été des plus relaxant.

Rien, franchement tout était bien. Une précision, je pense qu'il s'agit d'une erreur, mais dans les équipements il est précisé 'vue sur la mer', ce qui n'est pas le cas. En revanche, la mer est toute proche (1-2 mn à pied)
