    Lovely week surrounded by a professional hotel staff the food was great also the atmosphere was nice too we loved the whole things we experienced in this hotel, can’t wait to come back again

    If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. This is not a four stars hotel AT ALL. Dirty is an understatement about the room conditions. When I checked in , found a straw plastic bag on the floor, there was food leftovers on the carpet and the worst part, ants!!! The bathroom also had a smell and there was soap residues in the shower. I was so tired to change hotels/rooms that day because I arrived late and figured the ants were on the floor so I just had to sleep and fix the situation the next day. However, the next morning ants were all over my stuff. Spent two hours removing ants from my clothes and the next day during laundry to fix the problem the hotel should have fixed. In addition, I forgot my flat iron at check out. Worst part is that I know exactly were I left it (I was supposed to clean it from the ants and then forgot to pick it up). I realized it as soon as I got into my new place and called the reception . They said “they couldn’t not check at the moment and to call the next morning” . It was still a decent hour at night, and I don’t know of any “4 stars hotel” that would give you such a lazy answer. The next morning, I called as adviced and they said “it wasn’t there” and hung up . At first I thought maybe they didn’t see it (since they don’t really clean the rooms well), so I offered to go back and show them exactly where it was, they refused and hung up. I thought maybe it was a miscommunication so I went in person and they literally kicked me out, with security and everything. I went with a friend that spoke Arabic to make sure we understood each other and they mistreated him too. What is worse, they didn’t even addressed me, security just kicked us out and refused to even discuss the matter with me, I was completed ignored. I have been to hundreds of hotels over the 40+ countries I have visited and have NEVER encounter such disgusting room and terrible customer service. This is far from 4 stars STAY AWAY!
