The hotel is very cozy, clean and thoughtfully maintained. You can tell that the staff pay great attention to detail in every aspect of the experience. The atmosphere is peaceful, the views from the windows are beautiful and from the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcome. ​Although the team is small, everyone is exceptionally friendly and it is clear that they put a lot of care and passion into what they do. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Both at breakfast and dinner, it was evident that the ingredients and beverages had been carefully selected and were of high quality. ​The dinner is a vegan fine-dining experience, and it was delicious. As with most fine-dining restaurants, it is not inexpensive, but in my experience it is considerably more affordable than many other vegan fine-dining restaurants I have been to, while maintaining a very high standard. Overall, the quality of the food and the attention to detail made it well worth it. ​At first, we were a bit concerned because we rely entirely on public transportation, and Arpuilles seemed less accessible. In the end, getting there by public bus was no problem, although the service is not very frequent. Once we arrived, we discovered several fantastic hiking trails starting right from Arpuilles, and we had a great time exploring them. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they offer reasonably priced lunch boxes, which were perfect for our hikes so there was no need for traveling to Aosta for lunch that day. ​

​The location is a bit more inconvenient if you don't have a car, but totally doable without by taking the bus. On the bright side, it was more quiet, scenic and relaxing than living in Aosta center. If you are interested in doing the Pointe de Chaligne trail, this location is even more convenient. ​Overall, we had an wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The view from our room was lovely, we could see the mountains from every window. Really beautiful. The room was cozy and clean. Bed was really comfortable. Staff was really professionals, kind and friendly.

The location is great for the view however it is not good it terms of position if (like us) you don’t have a car. We arrived on a Saturday and there were just few bus rides during the day and there are no buses on Sundays. We had to take a taxi on Saturday night and on Sunday as well so you have to consider that cost as well if you don’t have a car (we paid almost 30€ each ride). Another thing is that from the Booking description of the hotel we didn’t understand it was an only vegan hotel, the breakfast didn’t have much options and we found it a bit uncomfortable that it was served only from 8am to 9:30am.

This is a perfect hotel for an overnight stay or more. In a charming village with a spectacular view. Facilities may basic, but are functional and comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The menu is essentially vegan, based on cucinana botanica. It is well prepared and ery tasteful. However, I missed real milk for breakfast and an egg would have been welcome.

We made the mistake of booking a room in a hotel that ONLY caters for plant only eating customers. No meat or fish or cheese or butter or normal milk for breakfast. So fake ham and cheese which were not to our taste. So breakfast was for us a let down. But ok I guess if you’re a vegan/plant eater only!

Bed was very soft - when either of us turned over the other woke up. It was like a ship at sea - so we didn’t sleep well
