A very relaxing and comfortable stay. Felt like home.

Alright value for money

The location. Close to the ski gondola and a short walk into town. Mini fridge and lots of storage space

The stairs after a long day skiing! Would have been nice to have a kettle. There was an issue with our original room so we had to move mid stay which wasn’t an issue until we only had a double bed and I requested separate beds then we still had to pay the full price even though we were inconvenienced

The staff were unwelcoming. I had asked for a twin room and was given a room with a double bed. The door to the bathroom did not close properly. The shower door was not hanging properly. There was no floor towel to step out of the shower. When there was a problem with payment, the first thing they did was threaten me with the police.

If you want a decent shower, look for something else.

Unfortunately, I can't mention anything that was really good. The room was big enough.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was the start of our 21 day cycle tour to Rome. Unfortunately, this was the worst of all 22 locations, and at 80 Euros per night also the most expensive. The shower, can't be called a shower. The water pressure was almost zero. Our room was on the 2nd floor. If you flushed the toilet, no water at all came out of the sink to wash your hands. The WiFi login procedure is cumbersome, you have to renew it every time and indicate whether you want to use Facebook or surf the net. The entrance to the site is through a small (noiseless) gate, but unfortunately the large heavy rolling gate is often used, which makes a huge squeaking noise, disturbing the sleep.

Coffee at breakfast was excellent and rest of breakfast was good if you like carbs. No air conditioning, though a good fan. Near to station and in town so quite noisy. Bed fine, shower good, though difficult to regulate the temperature

Nice and cosy place to stay in Aosta

Just stayed for one night and didn't order breakfast. Nice beds, nice shower, also nice balcony with amazing view! Not so close to downtown, but it was perfect for us since we could perfectly walk there and also to/from railway station, 'gondola lift' station to Pila, Aosta's swimming pool and Cidac supermarket. Also we had a treat with home-made cookies and sweets.

Mostly great

The hotel itself was spectacular (although full disclosure I can’t usually afford to stay in hotels so maybe my standards are off). My room was pretty, clean and comfortable, good shower, good bed. Private balconies are super cute with mountain views. The housekeeper is really nice!

The owner was a bit cold, maybe it would help if I spoke Italian. I also took off a couple of stars because they refused to store my luggage even during reception hours, which is a pretty basic service in my opinion.

Lovely spot. Check-in was very easy, and the room had a nice balcony overlooking the mountains (and a parking lot). It's a 10-minute walk from the city center, but there are cafes and restaurants nearby as well.

Cosy, simple good quality/price.

Good quality/price considering the period and the area. Really kind and available at the reception. The room was clean and cosy, nothing fancy but as expected. The little Christmas gift (biscuits from Val D'Aosta) were just that unexpected plus. For a short stay in that area I'll definitely remember to check if there is a room here.

Albergo essenziale ma confortevole e pulito, in posizione molto comoda, vicina al centro.

La struttura è un po' datata, ma presenta tutti i comfort che per me sono importanti in un albergo: posizione vicina al centro e agli impianti per Pila, camera e bagno ampi, servizi in abbondanza (asciugamani, saponi, bagnoschiuma, asciugacapelli e perfino dei biscottini di benvenuto), pulizia e cortesia dello staff. Non ho provato colazione e wi-fi, perciò non so dire.

La mancanza di ascensore lo penalizza, soprattutto se la camera è al terzo piano come la mia, ma onestamente la struttura non consente di installarlo. Forse lo sottolineerei di più in fase di prenotazione, in particolare se le camere sono ai piani alti.
