Overall a good and wonderful stay

Overall the property was a rare find considering the time of the year. The property was as displayed in the pictures posted in the listing. Our stay lasted for around 6 days and we enjoyed the place. The location might not be very closer to central Rome but you do have few bus stops in a span of 400 to 650 meters or 7-15 min walk which takes you to the nearest metro or to the city (be aware the buses in Rome might not be adhering to the time mentioned in Google maps best way to check in ATAC app or website). However, its well connected and there few restaurants and groceries near by and also there is the option of online delivery.

Nothing much to complain apart from few minor short comings.

Everything is awesome! All you need is there! Good place not far from underground station. Comfortable and quiet house. Many supermarkets near location and large park.

Some little remarks: no shampoo in the bath, no slippers to go to terrace.

Extremely good value for the price a bit far from the centre

Well equipped, very clean and comfortable apartment. It has 2 bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioner. Everything you have what you normally need in an apartment.

It is a bit far from the main tourist attractions but we accepted it because of the apartment's good price/quality ratio.

The apartment is clean and spacious, the kitchen is equipped with all appliances and cutlery. It has a nice big terrace.

During the entire stay, the temperature in the apartment was around 15 degrees. We stayed and slept with more clothes on. The gas heating was off due to their laws. There were air conditioners but no remotes. The host suggested that we use more duvets from the wardrobe.

Très bien

Grand appartement fonctionnel, propre et au calme. Le propriétaire est gentil et très disponible. Supermarché à 7min à pieds, et bus à proximité. Assez éloigné du centre de Rome mais c’était précisé dans l’annonce et cela n’a pas posé problème.

Nous avons eu un petits soucis mais le propriétaire a été réactif et a vite résolu le problème, cela n’a pas gêné notre séjour.

Tout. Rien à redire. Chaque chambre avec salle de bain privative est un +. Terrasse fort appréciable. Concernant les transports en commun, proche de la ligne de bus 446 qui mène à Cornélia (c'est le terminus). Et de là on accède au Métro A. Je conseille fortement ce logement. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Tout était parfait.

L'appartement était parfait, très propre, il sentait bon, parfaitement équipé et spacieux ! Il dispose d'une terrasse très agréable, la sdb est grande, la literie est confortable. La cuisine est idéale pour cuisiner et cuisiner correctement. Ustensiles, condiments, sont à disposition. La communication avec l'hôte a été géniale ! Il s'est montré extrêmement arrangeant lors du check-in et du check-out, nous a recommandé de très bonnes adresses également. Plusieurs bus passent de part et d'autre du quartier, jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Plus que recommandable !
