Jaoao made sure everything was looked after. Great location, and very quiet at night.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, shower was powerful and enough hot water for 4 adults all to shower in the morning. The roof terrace was lovely to sit on. Kitchen is small although well equipped. Great location, some lovely restaurants serving great food close by.
The stairs, both leading to the apartment and the roof terrace need to be taken very carefully. While the shower is powerful the cubicle could do with new silicone and grouting. Bedroom two was great if you like a dark room as there’s no windows. The roofs and doorways are very low, be careful if you’re tall.

The location is very strategic, the personnel is helpful (Joao), the room is big enough for two people with a lot of useful facilities
Very bad mattress, very bad pillows.. it was not easy to sleep comfortably in that bed.. also there was a bad odour in the room which is i think originated from the toilet (bad piping system or stuff like that.. in any case a plumber is needed..)
the room also lacked a TV which is not a big deal.. in general I don't believe that the whole deal is good value for money.. i went to Porto today and with a cheaper price i reserved a perfect hotel (without any single drawback)..

João was more than pleasant and accommodating. Bed very comfortable and place was spotless and good quality towels and linen. Very good shower
Very basic and no comfortable sitting area. Balcony was 3 flights up and not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues. Photo's a little misleading
