The location is great, near the forest, the terrace is nice and beatiful. Apartament is clean and spacy.
The room was dark, you always need light even in the morning or daylight. The smell reminds you of a basement - like wet towels. Also the room has no heating - towels stay wet all the time, so if it is raining outside it is really a problem. The location is nice, bus neighbours do not look happy about tourists staying there. Above us there were families with small children living and the windows went straight to the terrace so they always look at you and you can hear every word they say.

Nice to have a separate entrance and an outdoor space. They are dog-friendly.
There was a bit of a damp smell, but that's probably unavoidable in below first floor places. Didn't really bother me.

Labai neigiama patirtis – nerekomenduoju!
Terasa, kuria patys išsišlavėme ir susitvarkėme, nusivalėme stalą, kėdes. Visa kita buvo baisu. Kvapas, nešvara, drėgmė, ... NEREKOMENDUOJU.
Nors skelbime rašoma, kad butas yra „prie pušų“, realybėje jis labiau primena tamsų sandėlį ar rūsį, nes iš tiesų įrengtas namo rūsyje. Švara... Atvykus teko viską – nuo indų iki stalo įrankių – persiplauti patiems. Šaldytuvas neveikė, o viduje buvo tiek drėgmės, kad visi maisto produktai sušlapo. Lova – sofa, kuri išsiskiria į dvi dalis, greičiausiai dėl to, kad yra sulūžusi, todėl patogaus miego ar poilsio tikėtis neįmanoma. Kvapas patalpose buvo itin nemalonus – priminė pelėsį, drėgmę ir seniai nevėdintą patalpą. Patalynė senoviška, nusidėvėjusi, su įtartinomis dėmėmis, o švaros standartai, panašu, čia visai netaikomi. Ant sienų – sutraiškytų vabzdžių dėmės, kampuose – voratinkliai. Drėgmė visur, todėl rankšluosčiai iš paplūdimio ar po dušo visada būdavo drėgni ir šlapi. Gaila, kad tokios nuomos vietos vis dar siūlomos poilsiautojams. Nerekomenduoju šio būsto niekam. Jei vis dėlto apsispręsite čia apsistoti – būkite pasiruošę ne poilsiui, o išgyvenimo iššūkiui.
