A cold and unwelcoming apartment.

The location was good, spacious flat

It was very cold; I wouldn’t rent a place like this at all in winter. The blinds were broken, the dining chairs were torn in places - the atmosphere was very unwelcoming and cold.

I liked this stay and really recommend it!

The place is nice, clean, spacious enough, and very comfy. The location is great. The stay was awesome; everything was super smooth! It was a great option to open the door with the keys from the box.

I loved the size of the space and that there was everything you could wish for. In general, it's close to the center and easy to get to the main places of Nida.

Better to choose another apartmets.

Good location.

There was a bad smell and the apartment was not clean. We rented it for 4 people, but bedding was only prepared for 2. For the other 2, we had to make it ourselves. Bath towels were also missing for 2 people. Two towels were later found under the bed, but they did not look very clean.

Very good place to stay in Nida

The location of the property is excellent, and the apartment is quite spacious. All good. To access the property, there's a small hill (if applicable). Close to the lighthouse, also to the center. Generally, the location is perfect.

The host could put more effort into making the apartment amazing. We found something in the fridge (we didn't use it, but still - an old sandwich in there is not a positive finding... The parking: the car after car, so be ready to organize car movements according to the needs (as there are 6 cars).

Location is good.

As you enter the apartment you smell the heavy musk of the sewer. The bath tub lacks a curtain, so you better be ready to squat. Parking is bumper to bumper, blocking neighbors. No way to get out without having to call the neighbors.

Great location but overpriced

Spacious common area and great location.

Poor kitchen facilities, hot water runs out quickly, missing washing machine, very bright at night, pictures do not represent reality, unpleasant bedroom.

Expensive for what it is, but wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a homely feel stay or have small children.

Great location, spacious

The fittings and furnishings are all and not well maintained. The blinds were fallen off the windows but there were also no night blinds which meant it was bright daylight inside during the night time which meant that it was hard to put kids to sleep. The TV didn’t work and neither did the internet wifi connection. The tiles in the balcony were coming off.

Nice location and facilities

Very nice location. We were there during cold days, but it might be quite hot in the room when sun is shining.

Free parking is bad because cars are parked next to each other and if someone wants to leave, others have to come to let out. Paid parking is very expensive. So keep in mind when coming with the car.

Good place

Everything is fine, but I would recommend to pay attention to the cleaning issues more, there are a lot of different stains everywhere and dust on lamps, The staff is client-oriented, lady helped me to do check in earlier and check out later. I would recommend this place for staying!!!

Rude staff with no assistance dealing with the check in and parking

The owner/manager is extremely rude. Will never come back to this place. There was NO assistance checking in, confusing instructions that led to multiple parking fines etc. A disappointing experience

The photos do not depict the real view, our bed wasn't made up, parking is very difficult.

When we arrived, the bed wasn't made. There was no explanation provided. We called the host, and she said, "Oh yeah, we didn't have clean sheets; someone will bring them later." That certainly dampened the mood. We received the sheets later, but a heads-up or some sort of apology would have been very appreciated. The photos advertised were taken of luxury apartments, and they were not of our actual apartment, so we expected something very different. The photos are misleading. There was also a very strange smell in the bathroom. I fell down at the entrance of the building since the carpet and the floor were very slippery. The parking situation is terrible. You have to park your car in one row with other residents. Every time you need to move your car, or somebody wants to leave, you have to call five car owners and ask them to move their cars. It's an inconvenient setup.

A perfect place for a nice stay in beautiful Nida.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and simply but nicely designed. There was everything you need. Warm floor in the bathroom. You can reach the center and POIs in just few minutes walk. Nice park/forest directly at the house.

There was only one unsharp knife in the kitchen. But that's just an insignificant issue.
