Located close to Canyon Lodge, this retreat is conveniently situated for an exciting day on the slopes. This condo is accessible via the ski-back trail for intermediate skiers under the correct winter conditions and the Gondola is available seasonally (in winter only). The Earthquake Fault Trail offers scenic hiking trails for everyone to enjoy. Downtown Mammoth Lakes is under two miles east, which means dining and entertainment will be just a stone’s throw away! Yosemite National Park is a 40-mile drive away, but it’s totally worth the trip.

-- Shared community gas grills are only available during Summer months.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
