Upgraded 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome within walking distance of the Canyon Lodge Ski Lift Area in Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 8 guests.
The primary bedroom has 1 queen bed. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds. The loft, enclosed except for the stairwell area, includes 2 sets of bunk beds (each bottom bunk is a full) and 1 twin bed. All bedrooms have a TV, and each bathroom features heated tile floors. The living room includes a gas fireplace for cozy evenings.
The kitchen and bathrooms feature granite countertops, with stainless steel appliances and upgraded cherry wood cabinets in the kitchen. Wireless internet is provided.
This three-level townhome is accessed via an enclosed mudroom. The first floor houses the two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the second floor contains the living room, kitchen, and dining area, and the third floor is the loft with the third full bathroom located off the stairwell halfway up. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
Guests have access to Chamonix amenities, including a recreation room with a large-screen TV, reading area, ping pong, and foosball, as well as a sauna, hydro spas, seasonal/summer swimming pool, and summer BBQ area. Coin-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located near the office.

Great place for us to access all of mammoth. Place was very nicely stocked and clean. Definitely recommend it.

Had the best stay at Chamonix 95! Nice view of Liberty Mtn from the 2nd floor. Very cozy to sit in the dining room in the winter and watch it snow. It is clear the owners took extremely good care of the place and made it comfy and very functional. The photos do not do it justice - it is way nicer than it looks. Gotta update those. The place has spectacular soft lighting everywhere which it is obvious took some time to put in place (I counted the number of bulbs in total - there are ~65). Awesome mud room. Pendleton blankets everywhere!? Great kitchen. Everything worked well. We stayed for an extended period of time. I did not want to leave. I hope renters take good care of it so people can enjoy it for years. Highly recommend it.

Location was fantastic. Walk to Canyon Lodge. Very nice layout and condition of property. No complaints at all.
