Bed SUPER comfortable! The decor was beautiful, like being in a National Trust house; breakfast felt like we were in an episode of Downton Abbey! Bushmills Distillery was 5-10 mins drive, Giants Causeway close by, too - the hosts told us to go in the evening-great tip! Very happy with our stay, would recommend.
WiFi and data signal not great.

Friendly hosts, beautiful grounds, comfortable bed, delicious full Irish breakfast. Steven even made dinner reservations at local restaurant for us! Interesting history of the home as well. Dining room is full of great paintings of previous owners. Fun to take it all in.
There are a lot of pictures and trinkets and much to take in, if that isn’t your thing you might find it a bit overwhelming but it was still a lovely place to stay.

This is a beautiful, eccentric property steeped in history. You eat breakfast at a long table, like the lord and lady of the manor! The house is full of unusual objects and interesting paintings, it is a bit like stepping back in time. There is a lovely walled garden running wild. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.
The man of the house was rude, verging on aggressive when we arrived because of a miscommunication about times. We had apologised immediately but he gave the sense that our presence was an annoyance. Bit of a Fawlty Towers moment. His wife was the total opposite. If I had been staying here alone I probably would have left. There was no lock on the bedroom door.
