Not a nice experience. Not recommended.

The accommodation was unwelcomingly sparse, and in desperate need of refurbishment. There was no hot water available when we arrived because the owner had forgotten to order oil, so we had to rely on a small immersion tank for the first couple of days that needed to be heated up for an hour before being able to shower in the mornings (not ideal when there are three adults wanting showers). The living area had only one sofa, one chair, and a TV (not even a coffee table, no table lamps or even a rug to make it more homely). Living room laminate floors were scuffed and dirty. The dining table was right up against the bookcase, making the shelves unusable. The online information says there is a washing machine but there isn't one on the flat but is actually shared between four apartments and is found in a shed at the end of the block. We literally had to wade through rubbish and overflowing bins to access it (see pictures). Once inside the shed, the area around the washing machine was very dirty. When we complained, the owner did order the oil and repair the bedroom blind (held together with a clothes peg when we arrived). He also changed the batteries when the smoke alarms kept peeping and he provided the tea, coffee and milk that was advertised in the pack (but was absent when we arrived). He seemed surprised that it was actually mentioned in the flat's information folder. The bedrooms clearly hadn't been deep cleaned for a long time. He said the apartments were due to be refurbished but I would definitely check this has happened before anyone books as it really was not up to even a very basic standard for the price.

It was as expected. It suited our needs for one night as a group of hikers.

Outside of the building did not create a positive impression. A paint job would make it look more as advertised. Could not get WIFI to work. One room a little snug.

Our family enjoyed a short vacation in this property.

It is in the heart of Bushmills. Easy to get there and easy to find all the local attractions.

Just a problem with tv remote and a cooker was a bit annoying.

Enjoyed stay in a modern holiday let. Met our needs but no outdoor space was disappointing.

Central location near coffee shops. Modern property. Dog friendly.

No outdoor space. Washing machine shared between all properties and worse than that it was located in a smelly bin store which was not easily accessed. Windows in property not opening properly. Shower curtain rail broken. Not able to access a hover as knob missing from under stairs cupboard. Could do with a bit of maintenance.

Cleanliness on arrival.

There is no privacy if blinds are kept up when within accommodation, as an example, the entrance door window looks directly into the bathroom from the street I.e. anyone can look in. Rear of accommodation is overlooked by Cafe staff who take their break there. Car parking space an issue. Seriously overpriced for what you get.

The apartment was spotless and spacious. Located just off the main square, the village's facilities and attractions are all on hand.

Parking can be a challenge depending on the time of day. The location isn't scenic but this was not a major concern as it is only a very short walk to beautiful scenery.

Great stay, great place for 3- easily sleeps 5-6 with sitting space to chill

The location is perfect in Bushmills. Easy access to great breakfast place at Billberry Mill Cafe, fish'n'chip (yes its not chips in NI) at the Hip Chip and great fancy food and drink at the Bushmills Inn. Perfect for all the coastal sights.

Clean and location was great

The heating was broken when we arrived we did get it fixed as the owner came out in the evening and although neglible in the summer we couldn’t get the heat turned up to get cosy second to third week of October
