It was as expected.
It suited our needs for one night as a group of hikers.
Outside of the building did not create a positive impression. A paint job would make it look more as advertised.
Could not get WIFI to work.

We had the ground floor flat (51), and had an accessible bathroom. The flat was practically right on the high street, with loads of restaurants (The Town House restaurant was excellent - expensive but well worth it), and bars (Bush House Bar was brilliant).

The location was great.
Shower downstairs did not work, bed sheets were still musty despite requesting a second change, no oven glove or tea towel to use the oven. Mould is present in the freezer. WiFi did not work. Downstairs bedroom had a hole in the wall. Apart from the location we were very disappointed with our stay.
