This large luxurious house is now available for rent. It features two master suites both with private master baths. Both suites walk out to a covered deck. The master suites are furnished with king beds and also include a coffee maker and sitting area. There are 4 private bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with shower. In addition to the 6 bedrooms is a bunk room. The bunk room has 5 twin size and 3 full size beds.
The living, dining and kitchen are all open. Behind the stairs on the lower level is the game room. There is a pool table and shuffle board table. There are sliding glass doors all across the wall facing the lake. The doors open up to a large screened in porch. There is an indoor/outdoor bathroom located off the porch. Just a short walk from the porch you will find your private dock. The home is located on a quiet cove, perfect for swimming and relaxing. Find more information at BlueWaterRentals.org

I have a boat, where can I drop in at?
Lake Shore's Marina (573-374-3257). Please plan to leave your trailer there as there wont. be room in the driveway.
How many cars can I park on the property?
Lake house 2: 7 vehicles max
Any extra vehicles will have to be parked on the street. The homes are located on narrow winding roads so we would highly recommend limiting your vehicles if possible. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles.
Boat trailers will not fit on the property. Please plan to leave them at the marina.
What is the lay out of the house?
Lake house 2- You walk in to the upper level. There are 3 bedrooms (king beds) to your right and 3 bedrooms (king beds) to your left. There are 6 private baths upstairs. Down the stairs to the lower level, you walk into the living/seating area. To your left is the kitchen and dining. To your right is the bunk room (5 twins 3 fulls) and bath. Behind the stairs is the game area.
How many beds are in the house?
Lake house 2: 6 kings, 3 fulls, 5 twins, 1 sofa sleeper
What kind of coffee maker is in the house?
The coffee maker is standard so please bring ground coffee if you would like to make some.
*Lake house 2 has machines in the 2 master bedrooms that can also use k-cups.
Is there a grill?
Yes there is a propane grill. Propane is provided.
Do I need to bring towels?
Bath towels are provided but are not for outdoor use. Please bring your own beach towels for use on the dock.
Are there any water floats available for use?
There are not any floats, toys or life jackets available for use. Please bring your own.
What time can I check in/check out?
You may check in as early as 3 pm. If we do not have any guests checking out the day of your arrival, we may be able to accommodate early check in, however, there will be an additional charge of $100.
Check out is at 10 am the last day of your trip. Please plan to do a general clean up after yourself. Hang any damp bath towels on the hooks or over the shower.
Is there a washer and dryer?
There is a washer and dryer in each home. You are welcome to use them sparingly. Please do not plan to do all your laundry every day and/or prior to your leaving. This would overload the septic system. Please bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Where is the closest store?
The closest grocery store is G2M. It is located in Laurie, MO. This will be your closest town containing stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Please search Laurie, MO to find what you are looking for. Please plan to bring all of your own food and spices. This does include condiments, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. There may be some left from previous renters but we can not guarantee their availability.

The kitchen is fully stocked. This includes a crockpot, blender, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, etc.

This is a beautiful rental property, but the house needs some work! The a/c was not working properly, and it was extremely hot during our stay. Someone finally showed up on Thursday to fix it, but most of our week was pretty uncomfortable inside the house. A few of the kitchen appliances are falling apart, and there was a strong sulfur like smell in a few of the showers that was brought to the owners attention, but never addressed. I also tried to reach out to the owner several times prior to our stay with some general questions about the house, and never got any response. It would have been nice to have better communication leading up to our stay. On the plus side, the layout of the house is great for a large group (6 master suites plus a bunk room that can sleep up to 11 kids), and we really liked the open floor plan. The driveway is scary to drive down, but there was plenty of parking at the top of the driveway so it was fine. The dock is very big with two large boat slips, and the owner was nice about moving his jet skis so we could park ours there. We also loved the location, and the cove was perfect to surf in!

Such a beautiful home with all the finer touches! Kitchen was well stocked and we loved the height of the island!
Each bedroom had its own bathroom! Best part was the privacy in each room and the noise level…. Never heard anything else going on in the house!!!! Bed and sheets were way too comfy! The dock was deep water and roomy! Screened in porch great for morning coffee! Owners/management were always close/ phone call away for any needs… which were minimal.You will fall in love!!!! We did!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our large family. The bedrooms all had their own bathroom which was a huge bonus. The kitchen and living areas provided all the space we needed to gather in the evenings. The owners were so personable, I can't say enough good things about this property.

We had a wonderful stay for 4th of July with family and friends. The property managers were very communicative and accessible regarding any needs. The property is amazing….spacious, tastefully decorated, and well thought-out for large groups. Each bedroom upstairs with own bathroom was one of our favorite features of the home along with the large dock for swimming and gathering. This property is a gem!
