Our stay was amazing. The house had everything we needed and was in a very convenient location. This was a very clean property and had plenty of room for our group. Salisbury properties made it very easy to communicate and even though we only had one minor problem, they came out and fixed it very quickly. Highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group!

We got there on a Thursday. Beautiful place. Thursday night was hot on 1st and 3rd floor. 2nd floor was cool. Advised Salisbury’s property of the issue. They sent out an AC rep to look at it on Thursday night. He advised us that the 1st floor AC needs a part and 3rd floor AC he was not going to be able to fix. So he went and got the part and came back Friday to fix the 1st floor and advised he would bring a couple of small AC units to put in the rooms on the 3rd floor to help. Which he did except Saturday night one of the bedrooms did not cool the room down which was very warm in there. I did advise this on Sunday, which is the day we all left. With paying over $5000.00 for just 3 nights and having these issues would be great if I could of been reimbursed (not for the full amount, just something) for the discomfort my family had to go through especially with small children. I have gone back and forth with them on this and so far they just keep acting like they have no idea what happened when it happened and now no response back. Very unprofessional and the communication from July 21st to this day has been very little to none now. So if you stay here and have any issues just know there will be no consideration for the money that you paid to have a relaxing vacation with family.
