The PERFECT getaway for large families to relax, have fun and create memories in your very own private gated lakefront sanctuary. 285 ft of flat lakefront in a CALM, NO-WAKE COVE with huge 3 well concrete dock... great for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, grilling, lakeside campfires and more! Paved walkways meander through rock gardens and shaded lawns between the main home with huge outdoor living & cooking space, guest home, boat house, dock, and swimming area. Elderly or have a wheelchair? You'll surely appreciate no stairs as you can independently explore the property - EVEN TO THE DOCK! 2 large paved driveways provide a garage, a rv parking pad and plenty of space for 10 vehicles or more... Definitely all luxuries at the Lake of the Ozarks!
By water located at MM31 (the popular 4 corners!) and just a few minutes from many amazing waterfront restaurants — Captain Ron's, Larry's on the Lake, and Fish and Co. to name a few. By car, only 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store and only 30 minutes from the Osage outlet mall, golfing, water parks, miniature golf, go-carting, etc. — AND all roads leading to our home are paved!

The main home offers over 3500 sq ft with a wide open floor plan and many lavish amenities to spoil you. Huge lakeside windows provide great views of the lake from the grande main room - with doors opening onto a large wrap around deck. The kitchen has a gorgeous massive granite island to gather around, extravagant 6 burner Viking stove, a full wet bar complete with a wine fridge, beer fridge, and large ice maker to fill your coolers!
Unwind on the comfortable sofa and recliner while enjoying wifi and cable on the large flat screen smart tv in the living area... or step outside into a beautiful and spacious covered entertaining area with elegant white curtains blowing in the wind, comfortable furniture and amazing lake views. You'll love relaxing in front of the outdoor fireplace and watching a game on the large flat screen TV while grilling an awesome meal in the built-in cooking area.
Time for bed? Choose from four comfortable bedrooms with plush mattresses, flat screen TV's and room darkening curtains for a great night's sleep... and 3.5 bathrooms with clean white towels are waiting for you!

The guest home is the perfect place for some extra space or for those in your group that like a little more quiet. This 2300 square foot home is just a few footsteps away from the main home and includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with granite countertops, cute lake view dining area with large windows that make an amazing spot to sip coffee in the warm morning light, and a relaxing living area with a large flat screen TV to unwind at the end of the day.

Wanna play? There is so much to do! The main home includes an awesome shuffleboard and other board games on the main level... or head to the lower level bunk room and play some Xbox. Walk down the path outside to the game room and find an amazing area to play darts, play pool, watch the big game, or step outside onto the secluded waterfront deck. Just a few feet away through a gated entry you'll reach the lakeside fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories of your day with the group!
While you're on the lakeside patio, be sure to dip your feet in! The zero entry lakefront makes it the perfect place for kids to play in shallow water... and even for adults to wade slowly into the water for a swim!
The heart of any lakefront vacation home is the dock. And your heart will skip a beat when you see the huge spacious dock with lots of water toys and activities. Just an easy stroll down from either house with no steps - and if you have ever stayed in the Ozarks before you understand how big of luxury that is! The large no wake cove means calm water so that kids can swim and play without worry. Be sure to take the kayaks and paddle boards out for a little adventure, float on the lily pad, fish and simply relax in one of the hammocks. Even though there are awesome restaurants and bars just a short ride away you may end up not wanting to leave... Have a boat? The concrete 3 well dock includes floating jet ski ramp and an enormous 16x48 slip that will accommodate even the largest of boats.

Dhortage of large garbage bags, lock onmain door to cottage not working, upper rack of dishwasherbroke, drain in left sink of master bath barely drains. Otherwise all good except fishing

The host and "on the ground" contact were super responsive, the house was as advertised and in good shape -- and we had a wonderful time here for a family reunion/80th birthday party for my mother. Whether floating in the lake on a kayak or paddle board, lounging on the dock or lily pad in the sun, diving off the swim platform or playing pool or shuffleboard, everyone had a great time. The kitchen was also really well outfitted and made cooking for a large group a breeze!

I don't think we could have chosen a better property for our group of 19. The property was in excellent shape and had amenities which appealed to our entire group ranging from age 4 to 70. The outdoor spaces, dock for fishing, covered patio for hanging out were superb. Communication with the Owner/Manager was excellent from before check-in to check-out. We would return in a heartbeat.

This is the 2nd time we have used this house to conduct a quarterly business review I host with 13 adult co-workers. The accommodations are perfect for that size group. The main house has 2 rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom for privacy. The guest house also a downstairs bedroom with it's own bathroom, so multipole options for privacy. The kitchen is great for cooking group meals. The gas grill is right outside the kitchen door. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The dock is really the crown jewel. Great place to congregate at the end of the day and share cocktail and stories, sit in the water, or just relax in the loungers.
Place is very clean and Jake, one of the owners, is very communicative via text or phone call.
Couldn't recommend this place enough! We will be back!
