Great location. Nice and clean room. Well equipped kitchen. Michela was helpful.

Heating was not turned on when we arrived and it was cold at the first night. (stayed in April) We had to wear socks and jumper for sleeping.

Apartment was very close to the lake, in very quiet part of the city. Lost of hiking trails was around. All equipment was new. Very nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

We did not find any restaurants or shop near by, maybe because off season.

die Wohnung ist renoviert und gut ausgestattet. alle Cafes und Läden zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken mit einem Familienkombi war kein Problem.

wenn man aus der Wohnung ausgeht, geht die Treppe rechts nach unten. von links kommt euch ein Fehsterrahmen in den Stirn. gleiche Geschichte auf dem Weg zurück. man muss sehr gut aufpassen. relevant für alls wer 160cm+ groß ist.

Urlaubsaabruch wegen Mängeln in der Wohnung.

Ich habe die Wohnung für meinen Kurzurlaub gebucht, weil es eine Ladestation für das Elektroauto geben soll. Dies ist nicht der Fall.Die Wohnung war kalt ( keine Heizung ), die Luft feucht.Die Schallisolierung ist schlecht, sodass jedes Fahrzeug auf der nahen Straße zu hören ist. Ich konnte aus den genannten Gründen nicht schlafen. Zu guter letzt war im Raum an der Küche eine Wasserpfütze. Noch in der Nacht habe ich die Vermieter kontaktiert und mit Hilfe einer Nachbarin das Leck gefunden. Das Wasserabflussrohr war undicht. Als Folge habe ich mich erkältet und habe den Vermietern mitgeteilt, dass ich abreisen werde. Den Schlüssel und die Parkkarte habe ich in die blaue Box getan. Ich habe die Vermieter gebeten, mir eine Mail mit den Kontodaten zu schicken . Das ist bislang nicht passiert. Ich werde lediglich eine Nacht bezahlen. Diese Nachricht blieb von den Vermietern bislang unbeantwortet. Sie wollen vielmehr heute ( Freitag, 4.4. ) zum Check Out kommen.
