The living room has a living area of 50m2, and has inside the kitchen with a dining area with a comfortable table. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the upper floor. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and a table for 4-8 people.

From the terrace you have a spectacular view of almost all of Lake Garda and from all the windows you can see the lake. On clear days you can even see the Tuscan Apennines 200km away.
Dominating from above in a quiet location, it is very close to the lake. In 15min on foot or in 3min by car you reach the characteristic village of Bogliaco with its beaches and transparent waters.

Just 100m away, walking through the alleys of Fornico, there is an excellent restaurant with local cuisine. 500m further on you reach another restaurant / pizzeria with a terrace and excellent views of the lake.
