For those who need more space, could rent this apartment together with the adjacent apartment Casa Fornico 9 (see announcement No. 1461155 in this Portal).
The living room has a living area of 50m2, has a sofa bed for 2 additional places and has inside the kitchen with a dining area with a comfortable table. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the upper floor. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and a table for 4-8 people.
The bright apartment, structured on 2 levels, is located in the ancient village of Fornico in the heart of the Alto Garda Bresciano park at 150m above the lake level.
From the terrace you have a spectacular view over almost all of Lake Garda and from all the windows you can see the lake. On clear days you can even see the Tuscan Apennines 200km away.
Dominating from above in a quiet location, it is very close to the lake. In 15min on foot or in 3min by car you reach the characteristic village of Bogliaco with its beaches and transparent waters.
The attic apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated farmhouse. In the same property cultivated with olive trees you have available a reserved parking from which you can download and load the car with ease.
Just 100m away, walking through the alleys of Fornico, there is an excellent restaurant with local cuisine. 500m further on you reach another restaurant / pizzeria with a terrace and great views of the lake. In Bogliaco you have the choice of other restaurants around the marina and in the marina. There are minimarket and a food store.
A 10min drive will take you to Toscolano Maderno with 3 supermarkets, shops and banks. In the ancient villages along the coast you can walk pleasantly along the banks and stop for an aperitif or ice-cream outdoors in the various Bar / Ice-cream shops.

Nico's place lacks nothing - the space is open, clean and quiet. The view just wonderful from the terrace and bedroom. Everything one might need in the kitchen is available, plenty of information about the area - hikes, eateries, places of interest was provided, parking was no problem - we plan to return.

Quiet secluded location with a stunning view of the lake. Situated in a quaint hill side location. The owners were so accommodating and could not have been more helpful and kind. This all made for a most enjoyable stay
