Location is superb. Chalet is located among few houses, far from the nearest town/village, surrounded by forest. Chalet has all the amenities we needed for our holiday. Comfortable and big bed, TV, well equiped kitchen with appliances and basic groceries (tea, coffee, spices, oil). Big fridge, freezer, coffee machine, stovetop, stove.
We loved the possibility to heat up wood burning stove that warmed us up during our winter stay.
We used the regional visitor card to visit near Kusteain castle and there were also additional tips and hints in the leaflets shared at the property.
Our dog was also kindly welcome (additional fee paid on site) and accompanied us for a hike to near Riedenbenalm
A bonus was a hot pot (additional fee for every warm up!)

Es fehlte an Nichts. Ausstattung bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Vermieter vor Ort und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Lage herrlich ruhig, abseits von jeglichem Trubel, schöne Natur. Highlight das Badefass.
Da fällt uns Nichts ein.

Very cosy and quiet place.
Very clean and modern accommodation where state of art technology connects wild nature.
Coffee machine and typical kitchen equipment.
no mobile network and very poor WiFi connection (not necessarily a problem)
pillows - synthetic filling, good for cleaning / washing but very poor for sleeping
