Coconut Beach Farm

We stayed for 2 days 1 night. Wi-Fi available but strength is weak for some rooms. Only one packaged drinking water is provided at the check-in. Rooms is ok and and can be better. On demand food is provided by the resort. We tried veg and nonveg both. Veg quality was good but non veg was poor Swimming pool lacks proper maintainance. Price is little high looking at the condition of the facilities. Overall it was nice experience at the resort, kids and family enjoyed a lot. 3.5 out of 5.

Our recent stay at Coconut Beach Farm, Nandgaon, Alibag was unfortunately disappointing overall. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception for around 10–15 minutes. After a long drive from Pune in the heat, this created a poor first impression. We had specifically booked and paid extra for a pool-view room with breakfast, but were informed at check-in that the room was unavailable. We were told that Agoda had not communicated the booking details properly. While the property manager, Mr. Jaggu, genuinely tried to help and offered alternative rooms, it was still frustrating to compromise despite paying a premium for the room category we selected. We were also asked to wait an additional 20 minutes for another room to be prepared. Other concerns during our stay: • No intercom facility in the room for room service or assistance. • Toiletries were limited to three small soap bars, which felt inadequate considering the room tariff of around ₹4,000. • Cleanliness across the property was not up to the expected standard. • The breakfast included in the package consisted of a small serving of poha, one slice of bread with butter, and tea. Considering we paid an additional ₹300 per person for breakfast, it was not worth the cost and was insufficient for two people. • We were informed that food orders needed to be placed well in advance as ingredients had to be sourced from outside. Vegetarian guests were even advised to eat at nearby restaurants instead. • After returning from sightseeing, we found the room floor wet despite having switched off the AC before leaving. The positives: • The property is located very close to Nandgaon Beach. • Mr. Jaggu, the property manager, was courteous, helpful, and tried his best to address our concerns. • The swimming pool was cleaned on request, and we were allowed to use it after 7 PM, which we appreciated. Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, I did not find the stay worth the price paid. There are several newer, better-maintained properties nearby offering better service and value for money. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property for a stay at the current pricing.
