    So affordable best considering in prime location. The staff especially Ahmed, Asad bhai and all the cleaners and the Nepali worker bros, you guys made my stay!!

    Loved my stay at GoSolo Stays Khar. The property has a nice vintage charm, is clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Good amenities as well, including a washing machine which can be used for ₹200. Breakfast is average but absolutely fine considering the price. Overall, everything is comfortable and workable, and it’s great value for money. The approach road and immediate surroundings may not give the best first impression, as it’s a very mixed neighbourhood, but honestly it wasn’t an issue for me. Once inside, the property and experience are really good. Would definitely consider staying again.

    Firstly, they falsely advertised that check-in is available until 10 PM, without mentioning anywhere on the website that check-in only starts at 1 PM. I planned my day assuming there was a morning check-in because it said “check-in till 10 PM.” When I got there, after verifying things, the staff told me that check-in only starts at 1 PM and that I’d have to wait in the dining room — though I could use the Wi-Fi (wow, great). I clearly told him they should update this on their booking app, but he argued that it was already mentioned. I challenged him, and when he tried to show it on the website, there was no such information. He just said sorry. Secondly, I was asked to keep my shoes outside and walk around on a dirty floor with bare feet. The irony is that I saw another person walking inside in heels. Thirdly, the washroom area was only about 2/5 clean, and they even offered used sandals. Honestly, why would I use sandals that someone else has already worn? I couldn’t stand the place. I left my bag in their storage room, went out to pass time, came back at 3, and checked out immediately. This is my story.
