About this cottage rental
Finca Juamar is situated in Tahíche, built on a volcan. The property is formed by the house (Zonzamas); three studios (Fayna, Ico and Tirma) and one separate apartment (Taro, with its own garden). Each unit has got an independent entrance and terrace and the terraces are covered with pergolas.
There is also a swimming-pool and a wash-room to be used by all guests. If there are guests who want to grow plants, they will have a place in the garden to do so.
You get free internet with Wifi.
Each unit is equipped with TV SAT apart from an extensive information about the island Lanzarote and its most outstanding places (museums, monuments, Centres of Art, Culture and Tourism,)restaurants and more.
The land is about 7.000 square metres and borders on a natural park. It is a very quiet place, ideal for holidays in the country-side. If you are fond of walking, there are several paths going through extensive adjoining volcanic areas. Nearby the FincaJuamar, in Costa Teguise, there is an 18 hole golf course.
The nearest beaches are located in Costa Teguise, Arrecife (main city of Lanzarote) or Famara, all at a short distance by car.

Estuvimos alojados en el apartamento Taro, con todas las comodidades y una terracita preciosa donde tomar un café por la mañana era una verdadera delicia. Los propietarios, Rita y su marido, son encantadores y nos trataron de lujo. También Iris y su chico cuidaron de que todo estuviera en orden para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta.
Sin duda volveremos a Lanzarote, y sin duda volveremos a la Finca Juamar.

Ha sido un placer estar alojado en uno de los pisos de Fincas Juanmar. Además de estar muy bien ubicado cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de relax y tranquilidad en un entorno único. Inolvidable disfrutar del desayuno con vistas a la naturaleza.
Juan y Rita son unos anfitriones encantadores. En todo momento han estado pendiente de que no nos faltara nada, además que han tenido la gentileza de darnos excelentes recomendaciones sobre la isla: lugares, restaurantes y otros secretos que sólo lugareños pueden conocer.

Los apartamentos están lo suficientemente aislados para estar muy tranquilos y relativamente cerca de la mayoría de los lugares más interesantes para visitar de la isla. El entorno es inmejorable. Los propietarios encantadores y no han podido ser más serviciales con nosotros. Sin duda alguna una experiencia diez.

Fantástica estancia de 5 días en uno de los aptos gemelos (Tirma), Rita y Juan, grandes anfitriones amables y como si les conocieras de toda la vida. Se agradecen las explicaciones que esten pendientes a la llegada del aeropuerto, el regalito de bienvenida (que rico) y los detalles como las guías, info, explicaciones, albornoz, y hora de salida del ultimo día sin poner problema ninguno en volver de la playa para ducharte y recoger...
Los aptos tienen de todo y son comodísimos, para quedarse a vivir casi. Así da gusto rechazar hoteles y fomentar el turismo rural
