About this villa rental

One of the very best villa available, unique and special property with lots of character and huge wow factor and that's and reason its called villa Palacial.
A magnificent top end large villa located in the quiet and most exclusive residential area of Ciudad Jardin in Costa Teguise with easy access to Arrecife airport(15 drive), within 5 minutes drive of the Golden Beach and resort facilities including the excellent selection of restaurants, shops and supermarkets Costa Teguise has to offer, 15 minutes walk to restaurants and 20-25 minutes walk from the Villa to the beach .
Outside the Villa:
The villa stands on its own extensive landscaped grounds (a large elevated 2500 meters square plot) and benefits from a large roof top terrace offering seriously breath-taking views of the sea and mountains. The gardens contain a 'wow factor' of an enormous heated pool(the largest in Lanzarote), a BBQ deck, large pergola shaded secluded dining relaxation area all surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and a immense and beautifully patterned stone wall with arched enclaves which grants you total privacy. Arched enclaves have wall mounted lights, add that to the large heated pool and its own beautiful pool lights - you can imagine that the enjoyment of this Villa does not end when the sun goes down! It truly is a wonderful sight in the night!
Inside the Villa:
With a build size of 364 m2, space is not an issue in this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa. Inside is all luxury. The modern 'chef's kitchen' is a cook's delight. The spacious sunken lounge has an atrium roof, with three extra -large double bedrooms around the elevated gallery. The three bedrooms upstairs each have wall mounted TVs for your enjoyment with access to entertainment and movie channels. The bedrooms also have access to south-facing terraces with sea and mountain views. Rear walls of villa have lighted conclaves -beautiful at night time
The family bathroom upstairs is of the highest quality featuring a high quality bath and walk-in shower enclosure.
Downstairs there is a separate dining area gorgeously furnished, which includes a large dining table as well as a fourth double bedroom(sleeps four) which has its own access to one of the 2 bathrooms, the bathroom has an elegant large walk in double shower.
In summary, the villa is simply stunning!! From the wonderful and beautifully lit lounge, through the designer kitchen and luxury bathrooms, to the extensive landscaped grounds and pool with memorable views to the sea and mountains, the property oozes quality and sophistication. You will not find another Villa like this on the Island! The design is unique, the pool is unique and the size is unique.
Advanced Security System
Villa has an ID entry system as well as an advanced alarm system with photo detectors for added security. Front, rear, downstairs bedroom doors have motion sensitive light entry system and 4 spot lights on the roof make it look wonderful at night. This villa is unique and there is no other villa of its type in the whole of Lanzarote.
Welcome pack provided-bottled water, juice, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, milk.) Swimming pool serviced twice weekly. Tea towels, bath towels and pool towels are supplied free of charge.

Great location, magnificent villa with a private, not over-looked, very well maintained pool. As other reviews have stated air con units are not working and even with the small electric fans at night with some windows kept open it was difficult to sleep, but luckily only mosquito bite between us! If the air con units could be fixed this would be a perfect villa.
However, we weren’t particularly bothered as we could snooze in the day by the pool if we needed to catch 40 winks.
Both the pool and property managers were quick to respond to any queries, they were friendly and efficient, we felt very supported. Agreed that some towels were old and sun lounger cushions stained but this a rental property and both were clean and it meant that we didn’t have to worry about using them by the pool as the red dust gets everywhere.
We paid for the pool to be heated in August and it was worth every penny as we could swim day or night and make the most of the beautiful pool.
I was concerned before we got to the villa after reading some of the recent reviews, but I can honestly say that we have had the best sunny family holiday here that we have ever had and we can’t wait to return.
Any maintenance suggestions that we made were accepted and will be acted upon, we couldn’t ask for more.

Very spacious property with a fantastic pool and outdoor space. Full range of International Satellite TV channels went down well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Character in abundance with a truly stunning entrance and lounge area.
25 to 30 minute walk to centre and beaches which suited us well as we love to walk and a very quiet and relaxing time in the villa. Pram hire for our 4 year old did prove essential.
Villa manager was very quick to respond to minor maintenance issues.

We stayed at Villa Palacial in June 2018. We were a party of 7 adults, 1 teenager and a young child.The Villa far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and had everything you needed and more. There was plenty of space for everyone and we did not feel we were on top of each other. You walk in to a galleried walkway and gorgeous staircase. All wooden floor and stairs from the front door and also around from the kitchen area which lead down to the huge sitting area with a beautiful chandelier.The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were again spacious and two of which had their own private balconies. The upstairs bathroom again did not disappoint it was again very large and beautiful.There was total privacy but fantastic views of the mountains.The pool was great perfect for smaller children as was not too deep. There was plenty of space outside and loungers for everyone, whether you wanted to be on the terrace quietly reading a book or down round the pool you could take your pick.The Villa had Wifi which kept our teenage daughter happy and in touch with her friends back home.The amenities were not far away, 20 minute walk or so down to the beach and the square with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and bars.Alex the owner kept us updated and sent us a text the night before. We only required to contact the Villa Manager once and he was helpful and easily reached. In the information pack we were provided with a telephone number for Miguel, the taxi driver. We arrived later on the evening when it was dark. We were hungry and unfamiliar with our surroundings. One text to Miguel and he arrived within 5 minutes and dropped us at the square and pointed out to us helpful places on the extremely short trip to the square. We did use Miguel a few times after that and he was always there to pick us up and take us wherever we wanted to go.We would definitely stay at Villa Palacial again and thank you to Alex for allowing us to stay in this beautiful Villa in such peaceful and tranquil surroundings.This Villa will not disappoint.
