About this villa rental
Villa Costa Golf, Semi-detached Villa in a very quiet residential area for those who want a relaxing family holiday. The villa is next to the golf course, from the upper terrace you can see hole #8.
CAPACITY FOR 11 ADULTS (+ 2 YEARS) AND 2 BABIES (CRIBS).
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS OLD ARE NOT ALLOWED. ( CONSULT)
Starting with the beautiful and bright hallway is the living room with air conditioning, corner sofa, dining table, flat screen television, satellite television (English and German channels), Smart TV and Movistar television platform, with windows that They overlook the pool area.
On the same level is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and capsule coffee machine. There is also a table and chairs in the kitchen and a center island providing ample workspace.
On the other side of the entrance there are 3 bedrooms, a super king with a large walk-in closet, a bedroom with two single beds, and a single bedroom with a bed.
A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find 3 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. There is also a twin room and a double room which share a family bathroom.
From the landing there are doors leading out onto the fabulous large terrace with views inland and across the golf course and also the sea. All rooms have a fan.
On the ground floor, from the hallway, there are French doors that lead to the large private terrace with a beautiful swimming pool (size about 11m x 4m, depth varying from about 1.2m to 1.6m). At one end of the pool there is a shallow area ideal for the little ones. Pool heating is optional with cost, which is paid in cash at the complex to the villa managers, request it at the time of booking or a week before check-in. The villa has pool towels for your convenience.
On each side of the doors that lead to the pool there are comfortable sofas and a large table where you can enjoy and share meals with family and friends. In this area there is a very bright room for children to enjoy, equipped with board games, a blackboard, children's books and also for the elderly to relax with a good book... There is also an area with a ping-pong table. -pong, a little house for children and others.
For the chef in the family there is a Canarian barbecue and an outdoor table with a large parasol for shade.
WiFi connection is available with this villa at no additional cost.

Just back from 11. Nights at this villa 16 th August Maria the owner is excellent she was there to meet us on arrival to give us a guided tour any help you need she is there for you it’s was my wife birthday while we were there she texted me on the morning to say she had left a gift at the front door to us celebrate,champagne and cakes Villa was clean tidy towels and bedsheets changed after a week her personally The day we left she came with a present for all the woman in our party We will definitely rebook excellent villa and excellent host 10/10 from me

The villa amazing and the host was fantastic.A bit far away from the town center.Car required shopping and sightseeing but the taxis are cheap for nights out.👍

Our family of seven recently enjoyed a wonderful 14-night stay at Costa Golf Villa. The villa is exceptionally spacious, clean, and airy, providing plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor area is superb, with the pool and BBQ getting plenty of use. There is plenty of outdoor seating, with options for both sun and shade. The playroom is ideal for younger children, offering a variety of fun activities. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.
Maria was an outstanding host. Her communication from the time of booking until our departure was exemplary. She was always just a message away, ready to assist with any needs. We couldn’t have asked for better.
We highly recommend Costa Golf Villa and hope to return in the future.
