Comfortable; warm, cosy, beautiful surroundings, fantastic host who was more than happy to answer our questions on New Y

A lovely beautiful cottage, we felt so at home! We did not want to leave! Very cosy and comfortable for a family of 4, plenty of room! Everything we needed was there! We really appreciated the logs! Perfect way to spend New Year’s Eve, near the fire and a glass of wine.

There wasn’t anything we did not like, great value for money! We travel a lot and this cottage is one of our favourites

Lovely cosy cottage

The log burner made it feel very cosy and the views were incredible (when it wasn’t raining)

Unfortunately the oven was left dirty so we had to clean it before cooking.

Location was very central for snowdon, Bettws y coed,the coast line of Conway and Colwyn Bay. There was lots to see and do . The views from the cottage were amazing and the gardens were very pretty. The heating was excellent, nice hot water and the log burner was lovely on chilly evenings.

The cottage is on a very busy blind corner so difficult to get in and out of the garage. A neighbour was parking across the garage door so we were unable to get our car out for 24 hours until we managed to contact him. Although there was a beautiful garden with an orchard I was unable to get up the enormous steps but the dogs loved it and it was very secure for them.

Absolutely wonderful

The location is four miles from the quaint little village that has everything we needed. The cottage is just so stunning!! The views are so beautiful from the property. I would love to see those every morning. The cottage itself has everything and more that we needed, the garden is stunning, parking literally outside and the owner is just so lovely. Definitely recommended this little place.

Lovely accomodation and we would definitely look to book again when we return.

Quaint Welsh cottage, that had all the facilities necessary, as well as a garage for out bikes.

It was a good 0.7 mikes outside of Llanrwst but that was not a major problem for us. We stayed their knowing that popping into town on foot was not a priority.

Nice House and location but could be more comfortable….

Good location, decent size of the house, lovely small garden. The fireplace incl. logs was a great plus ! Bottle of wine and cake for welcome treat!

Bedlinen still damp when we arrived, some basics like salt or pepper or milk and oil would have been nice for cooking, if you stay a few days House is a bit smelly…

Would like to recommend but cannot for the garden stairs needing gates. We couldn’t let the dog out onto the yard unleashed for fear of escaping or falling a 6m drop!
