Pick through the welcome pack while exploring this home from home, with plenty of time sure to be spent in the open-plan living room/kitchen/diner, which offers easy access to the patio via double doors. The ground floor also features a single bedroom offering plenty of storage space, along with an adjacent shower room. Wooden stairs in the living room lead up to a first floor gallery with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom at opposite ends. A small paved patio area, ideal for morning coffee or alfresco suppers, awaits outside.
The market town of Llanrwst (2 miles) is typical of those found across the Conwy Valley and beyond, with scenic footpaths aplenty nearby, especially along the river. Betws-y-Coed (6 miles) is known as ‘the gateway to Snowdonia’, a wondrous national park which has some of the most iconic mountains, lakes found anywhere in Wales, and therefore a plethora of footpaths, cycle trails and waterborne activities to enjoy, too. Conwy’s castle (13 miles) is one of many reasons to visit the town, while the seaside resort of Llandudno (16.5 miles) is famous for its beaches, Victorian pier and promenade.
