Wonderful and will return

Perfect location minutes from the beach. Quiet and private as all the rooms are detached. Free light breakfast, toast, eggs and fruit. Gave us an umbrella to use. Very clean. Comfy beds. Very spacious. Use of bikes. Seats on the terrace if you want to sit out.

Quiet and Cozy Stay Near a Beach.

The cottages are freestanding so no noise is heard from neighbors. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. It was nice to have free bicycles to use for going to the beach or to the main road where there are a few restaurants and two mini grocery stores. Both beach and main road are short 10 minute walks. The owners are very sweet, friendly, and helpful although they do not speak much English. It is a 15 minute drive from the airport.

We would highly recommend this accomodation for a peaceful getaway.

The family who run this place are so beautiful. There was a language barrier as we don’t speak Thai and their English was limited but we enjoyed the kindness in their eyes and their hospitality. They cooked us eggs on toast for breakfast and served a lovely platter of fruit which wasn’t expected. The beach was a 5-10 min walk one way and in the opposite direction. We could walk to a convenience store and a couple of restaurants. They also had pushbikes to ride if you wanted to. The outdoor shower was lovely and spacious. Don’t worry it’s fully private and you can shower in the sun or under the stars.

We stayed for two nights and didn’t have room service which didn’t really matter as we make our own bed and use towels more than once anyway but this may be a problem for some people.

A lovely and quiet stay in a new freshly built (with attention to detail on point!) guest houses. The owners are lovely

Lovely new and modern guest houses! The bedrooms are big and spacious, as is the bathroom, and the outdoor shower is an absolute treat! You are 5 minutes walk away from Mai Khao beach, which was a quiet spot there. If you get lucky you get a great sunset view from there too. The owners were an absolute joy and happy to help us with extra asks such as leaving luggage at the property or providing eating recommendations. They also provided a great breakfast of coffee, fruits, eggs and toast. I really hope their guest house continues growing and more tourists and locals get to witness their hospitality!

A lovely convent short stay.

Location, near the beach & a few restaurants. In a quiet area. Very clean & spacious.

Bed needs a topper on the mattress as bed quite hard. No coffee/tea making facilities. Need a hand towel to go with bath towel. Toilet seat loose & moves when you sit on it. The price has gone up a lot due to the new chalets, the old one we stayed in should be a cheaper price as they need upgrading and not worth the price of the new buildings.

Great location, close to beach in one direction and shops in the other. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Host always around and responsive if there are any issues. Beach mats, bikes provided free.

There was no kettle in the room which we would have loved to have. The kitchen/ breakfast area has a kettle but it felt like we were imposing on the host every time we used the area. The hosts are always present but for us, we would prefer to have a little more personal space when we holiday.

One of the best Guest House experience I have had in Thailand! The hosts are the sweetest couple ever, always here to make us feel like home. Greatest home stay in the area.

The property is exactly how it should be. The rooms are clean and big enough. AC is working very well. The place has an open-air shower. Which is honestly very cool. The beach is a 5-10 min walk, depending on how fast can you walk. The owners are very friendly people, they worry about every detail, and make sure you feel good.

We enjoyed everything. The advice: if you go from the airport taxi driver name unreasonable price. better to walk a while from the airport and take a normal grab car outside. otherwise, the price will be 600THB (about 18$) for a 15 min ride.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want some peace and quiet! 5 minutes from the beach, and very chilled vibes. The owners are absolutely lovely, so kind every day, they made me feel really cared for and looked after. Outdoor shower is great!

Worth the price and very hospitable!

Private quiet area. Private room with shower, air conditioning, and tv. Couple who runs it is very nice and helpful. They have bikes for you to use to get around easy. Very close to the beach. Breakfast served in the morning. I got there early before check in and they let me leave my bags and take a bike to go around to the beach. Helped me get back to the airport and on a bus to my next destination.

The man running the place was so friendly. He made us feel so welcome and ran us to the airport in the morning, a real gentleman. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk one way to the beach or 5 minutes the other way to the Main Street. The room was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure. Would definitely stay there again, great digs in a lovely area.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation. The host and his wife, even though their English is sometimes a bit hard to understand, certainly make you feel very welcome. They even prepared breakfast for us every day. They also have bikes that you can borrow for free, and you'll be at an astonishingly beautiful beach in just a minute or two. The whole area is not very touristic yet, so if peace and quiet is what you're looking for, that's the place to go. Grocery stores, a pharmacy and good local restaurant are also just around the corner, so you're really not missing anything here. Would have loved to stay longer and would definitely come back here any time!

The small guesthouse is run by a lovely couple. Super friendly and helpful. They prepare breakfast and fruits everyday. The house is only 2mins away from the beach and 5mins walk to 711 and other shops. I am here as a volunteer of soidog the local animal shelter, which is within walking distance too. I enjoyed the privacy very much. The outdoor shower is a bonus.

Lovely couple owns it. They were very friendly, accommodating and kind. They have bikes for use and the beach was a short ride away (3-5 min). The male owner even rode back to get me some water and a pad to sit on when he saw me at the beach.

This was a beautiful and secluded place to stay. Just three minutes from the beach. The owners were an extremely kind couple, enthusiastic about their town and willing to help in every way. I loved it here and hope to come back one day. Thank you to the fabulous owners!

The owner is a couple who was very sweet. Free bicycle was included and the area around the guest house was very safe so you don't even have to lock your bicycle when you eat out around the guest house or chilling at the beach. Room was extremely clean and the bed was comfy. I really like the outdoor shower. We're planning to stay there again should we come back to Mai Khao.

Lovely owners - we were made to feel very welcome

We loved the location - near the beach and not far away from a couple of restaurants. It is a little isolated so the free bikes were appreciated.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been appreciated however they were available in reception
