Great location for a stop over in Phuket, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived late night and there was no problem, super easy to check in and out.

Location and airport shuttle
The lock on my door did not work easily. The key would not fit the key hole without 5mins of wriggling it...and that was by hotel staff. It didn't work for me.
Also cold shower. Hot water system off when arrived and no instructions on steps to get it working. I tried multiple combinations.
After a long day of travelling I didn't have the patience for these things that didn't work!!
